ok so i thought of this a while but im just getting around to posting it
i believe that there aren't enough attack speed items in the game and the selection is pretty sparse for making melee builds (centi coi va- zzzzzzzzz)
this is basically a glassier, fire-based alternative to chestplate of ineptitude (that also has ls!!!!)
i can see it being used in igniton/flameshot builds
think its op? think its garbage? let me know!

I could use this to abuse the blood banks and demon beggars!

 

i mean i dont rly see people using this over coi except maybe cuz of the life steal...
but in every other way coi is better, its got 2k more hp, no -mr, and most importantly no def req
i suppose you could use this with like burnout and idk inferno or smth but i think most people would stick to coi

 

you have a natural mana regen rate of 3/4s btw, so this wouldn't slowly drain your mana
just make it come back a tad slower
plus what are you gonna do with mana in a melee build :thinking:

 

ik you wont lose mana but still having slower mana regen does suck
and as mage ya know heal, ice snake, tp :/
plus mobility spells for other classes
just cuz your melee centered doesnt mean you cant use spells
you could use spin attack to blind mobs before attacking them, if smth gets too close use uppercut or smth, no one uses archer melee but you can still utilise their spells if you do use it.
spells have more uses than just inflicting damage, they also have status conditions and knockback and stuff

 

I could use this to actualy be able to beat Delirium with Lost!

 

nope way too op there are like 0 drawbacks and the ones that are there are really low you need like -700 hp regen and -900%

yea its not even negative

 

It's also slightly below baseline. Not saying it isn't overpowered, but it has negatives

 

not enouh for 400 life steal and 1 atacjk sped

 

I mean to say too much for 400 lifesteal and 1 attack speed
