After a war on Sky Islands, an angel who died dropped this colorful chestplate. However, it's demands make it nearly impossible to equip.

Mythic Item

So basically, it's the ultimate rainbow chestplate lol (also this does use correct base values)
now you might be thinking "My gosh that thing is broken as heck nerferino, i mean come on it gives bothe elemental damage and defense?"

Well
you see, it's almost impossible to put on
if you have maximum stats, it still requires a total of 425 skill points
500 if you somehow have minimum
to put that in perspective, you have to have almost max skill points items to be able to put it on

EDIT: made it easier to use and increased it's raw stats a bit (still hard to use)
tell me if i should nerf or buff

So basically you have to get max stats on the skillpoints or you can't wear it but if you can wear it it's extremely powerful? I kind of like the idea but I think you should tone down a bit on the -skill points.

 

It's definitely got some things to balance it out, however we already have a chestplate like that named Gravity. Not trying to let my opinion through, I will comment on it's objective purpose. If it is mainly a tanking chestplate, adding offensive stats makes it leaps and bounds ahead of the meta, making it the only viable chestplate in many minds. One suggestion is to bring either the raw element defense or the defense id's down, as well as add negative aspects. Having too many options in a chestplate far superior in stats is not good item design.

you seem to not care about the negative aspects of the chestplate but only what it gives
thats like saying Statue gives too much health for no reason
but it has -walk speed
have you read any other part of the post
it's elemental damage is like a complimentary side dish
it's impractical because it's small but it's still there
it already has negative stats aswell, but the ones that are there are the most major
80 in every skill is incredibly difficult to get
and it has negative skill points, only making it harder to wear
read the whole thing before calling it too overpowered and it's too overpowered for a chestplate

i dont like it because i think the idea of having a super good item but you have to have other super good stuff just to wear it isnt a good idea
like to wear this, you need perfect ids to wear it, making it even harder to use for a large portion of the playerbase but making it very very op for those who can afford it (no one but k)
btw math:
so the most sp you can get from armors/accsesories is blue mask, vaward, disco, prism prism prowess dfn
thats 53 in each skill
plus your total of 200 skill points (yea you'd need lvl 101 to wear this too) thats 93 in each element
counting the armor's own -skill points, thats exactly 80, so you'd need perfect ids on 6 items and 30 different identifications.
basically bad lol

He even made the same mistakes I did: calculating the negatives wrong and putting way to much elemental defense with not really that much drawbacks

 

Also I heard from Salted or Selvut or someone that there shouldn't be more than one or two types of slots for mythics to put, because if one is rich enough they could use many mythics at once which will make them extremely powerful, so right now there are only mythic boots and weapons (excluding Discoverer because isn't much of a mythic for battles).

although i think they should just make it so if they do have mythic armors they kinda coutneract each other like the hive armors so rich people dont just go around with full sets of mythic everything lol

 

decrease the element defense by a lot, i can see this easily being abused with freedom
in fact, i even made a build for it
and i went through the liberty of calculating the defenses you could get with the build, assuming everything was powdered and max stats

and if people can get 65sp in all for gravity they can get 88 in all for this, and I think theres a reason that no rainbow mythics have been created and they probably will never be created is they havent so far

 

you dont have to use that on archer, thats just the weapon i used because it went with the rainbow aspect of the build

Also the multipliers for negative ID's are .6(or .7, not sure which)-1.3, which I'd like to point out.
