World Mythic Boots Suggestion - Singularity

Okay, everyone's making mythic suggestions now, so why not give it a try too
It's probably shit and the ct won't notice this anyway, but please leave feedback.

2/11/2018: Attempted to simplify it and make it a more special mythic boots rather than a clone of multiple other ones, removed spell damage and raw melee damage. Nerfed attack speed, walk speed and elemental defense. Removed two powder slots. Added negative health regen. Buffed skill point bonus and health. Overall made it less of a crazy glass cannon with a million of ids. Also made it less of a Broken Balance on steroids.

2/6/2018: Added negative health, nerfed defenses, fixed negative values, added negative loot bonus, added powder slots, added skill requirement

Oki so now on topic of the actual item... ITS WAY TOO STRONG. You can basically counter the negative sp with literally vaward + prism if you get good stats (not completely but almost) health is not too much of an issue... and remember JUST boosting from very slow to slow is already a boost thats equivalent to 89% melee dmg.

Don't negative effects have a range of .7-1.3 and not .3-1.3
So shouldn't the skill point penalties be -28 to -52?

 

In my opinion, very overpowered :/ but I LOVE this concept! Also how did you create that "look" for the boots ya made. To make it balanced, I add negative loot bonus, add negative 1-3 attack speed.

Considering I get all maxed IDs (which is literally impossible), I can use Prowess & Vaward (also has max IDs) to counteract the negative skill points. And although the IDs are wrong (should be 40*0.7 = 28), that's already 12 SP total in every category. Maybe add a morph-stardust or a libra and I'm pretty much set to abuse ~675 elemental defense per element XD.

 

3 tier attack speed seems op

 

I'd be more worried about the possible +3 tier attack speed than the rainbow defense, these boots could be absolutely devastating in the right build...

Oh wow, thanks everyone for feedback. I'm now looking into how I can balance it.
I tried to keep the max 3 attack speed to make it unique to this mythic, but nerfed the heck out of it to make the attack speed not be too powerful. Also fixed the negative values, thanks for telling me. Added skill requirement, so you wouldn't be able to just use some single element build to get insane DPS.

 

Now THIS is pretty balanced, well, in my opinion at least, as you sacrifice health and skill points for elemental defense and attack speed. If there was anything else to add stat-wise, I'd say some negative soul point regen, I mean.. it does say that it destroys your mind xPPP which would probably affect the users soul in a twisted-wynncraft point of view ^-^

Thanks, but about adding negative soul point regen, I guess it makes sense more than loot bonus, but soul point regen isn't really that much of an important stat, unless I make it lower than -100. Also the item already has a lot of stats, making it hard to look at.

Potentially a little bit more damage or less -SP, but otherwise seems like a fun thing

ALSO the lore part about "infinitely dense" kinda contrasts the +tier and +WS

 

What happens when you have the requirements for the boots, but its negative skill attributes takes them away when you put them onto where you no longer have the requirements?
