yes i 100% agree but that would be too op, im gonna rework it rn actually

 

the reason i had -ls in the stats is because in the lore it talks about how that desire causes pain if not fufilled.
while attacking fuels the desire, that desire becomes more and more powerful, causing them immense pain as their need to see others becomes harder and harder to satisfy.

basically drug addiction and tolerance

 

this would be a great mythic item

walk speed would be impossible to have as -23 x 0.7 = -16.1 and -23 x 1.3 = -29.9
life steal would also be impossible as its -500 x 1.3 = -650 while -500 x 0.7 = -350
Health regen is again impossible as its -40 x 1.3 = -52 and -40 x 0.7 = -28
Poison is also impossible because of 1399 x 1.3 being 1818.7 while the minimum is 1399 x 0.3 = 419.7

Please learn how item id's work before making a suggestion of an item.
