3.5k poison on a chestplate with -15% walkspeed as debuff?

Boi you better give it like -500% walkspeed or we're going to be seeing a ton of cancerous builds out there.

 

why is this needed, we have a poison chestplate

 

You need waaaaaaaaay more debuffs than just a little bit of -ws, you get over 3000 poison.

 

Maybe give it like +13 attack tier, like 5000 poison, maybe -~100% spell damage and melee damage, some lifesteal and maybe 3/4ms

 

This is very unbalanced. Please change the Unique tag to Legend, or the Legend mange to Unique.

The requirement is small for the level and IDs. The poison is massive compared to the small debuff.

if it's supposed to be legendary, i have ideas on lore and some changes to the stats to balance it out a bit more.

Lore: Upon wearing this seemingly ordinary chestplate, the wearer is taken over by an endless desire to see the suffering of others. If this desire is not satisfied, immense pain is brought down upon their soul. Due to this, every attack brings unimaginable pain to the enemy which only fuels the wearers desire, and eventual breakdown even more.

Ok, so what I have done was give it a lore that corresponds with the name, and stats that correspond with the lore. It is now more damage based with less potential defense wise.

So basically grimtrap as a Chestplate

 

lower the max poison to about 2500-3000
add -ls (quite a bit)
make the hr -hr (quite a bit)
lower the defense bonus
lower earth damage
with your current stats it's cancer but a chestplate, and we can't have that here lol

 

If it's about enjoying other people's pain, shouldn't life steal be more fitting than poison?

Shouldn't it have positive life Steal? Based on that lore, I would have thought so... Talks about having to hurt other people to avoid being hurt themselves... Anyway, might be misunderstanding it but normally stuff with neg ls has pos hr and vice versa, not normally the same (pos or net) afaik. Cool ideas though.
