World Mythic Thunder Bow

look at az's crit bomb
and look at arc's crit bomb
maximum crit bomb on az is better than arc
plus az = no - hp

 

az after the nerf isnt really good endgame as cluster with t6 thunders and arc rifle are usually better
im addressing the issue of archer having no good thunder mythic for endgame

 

Why does it need a thunder mythic for endgame when there are other, clearly suitable options. Also why did you give it earth damage % this is a thunder weapon.... you made it earth thunder, which is covered

 

i think making it thunder-fire or thunder-water would be a nice gimmick cause it would encourage use of curse or courage

i guess thunder-earth is sorta neat, but i can't really see too much tactical use of it

Why does archer deserve an extra mythic

 

because it lacks an essential element that all the other classes have, and instead has its unique mythic in the 90s

Well... Archer is the most unique out of all the classes in the Mythic department... it has all elements, none of them were doubled unlike the Mythics in each class. Assassin has 2 Air Mythics, Warrior has 2 Fire Mythics, and Mage has 2 Water/Air Mythics. Archer has every element AND a rainbow Mythic. In fact, if we were to add this Mythic. It would cause all the other classes needing a rainbow Mythic in order to balance it out.

that is something i have considered when doing this, to which my original solution was to switch az and freedom, which is a very bad solution taking into account the people who already own a freedom and then having it be nerfed back down to what it used to be
maybe a rainbow mythic can be added for each class? I know people would definitely go for that

There is a problem with this too. Each Mythic is unique. And Freedom is the literal definition of a rainbow Mythic. Adding more Rainbow Mythics will make Freedom feel less unique and ruin it in general... Mythics are very delicate, simply adding one while ignoring the others will honestly make them feel less and less unique.

 

Az was meant to be used with fire or water powders.

 

That just means that the item developers have to be careful when creating new mythic items. Each mythic item is entitled to its own identity, or "feel", like how Warp is a total gimmick meme, and how Cataclysm is an absolute DPS beast. If done right, new rainbow mythics can be added while still retaining a special feel for each individual one. Creativity and uniqueness is very possible, even within the boundaries of rainbow-based weapons.

Honestly, I would completely support the addition of new rainbow mythics for each class.

 

I understand the sort, however it is incredibly hard to find a mythic weapon that fits, the sets, lore, gimmick, no intrusion of other weapons, and in general interesting. Yes rainbow weapons for Mythics for each class is great. But there is a lot to do. It's one reason why I don't try making Mythic weapons, it's a super hard concept. But I would support adding rainbow Mythics because it would be fresh for especially Assassin who doesn't get too many rainbow weapons that are good. (I'm looking at you Mage!)

So... yeah it would be very interesting. I would support making them and such.

 

just because the item gives damage boosts in a certain element doesnt mean its more beneficial to use those elements instead, its hard to beat thunder powders in damage added as they add 40 max at t6 which is why i havent seen a single person use fire water az or in this case

considering its from a war machine (ill assume a cannon) maybe try to change it to like super/very slow or smth
although i suppose that would make stinger obsolete? i suppose u could make it like have lots of -ws (like alkatraz or even more levels) so its kinda like a turret (like staute i guess :/)
maybe some -attack tier although i guess thats not too important considering it probs wouldnt be much better than rainmaker (and the fact archer melee sucks lol)
also add some more exploding i guess and maybe some defensive ids like thorns/reflection, hp or elemental defs cuz ya know if its a turret u gotta rly bunker down right
although it would go against most thunder element stuff just think of it as a cannon that happened to shoot lightning lol

 

That's true, but Curse or Courage can boost the DPS way higher than thunder powders.
