You know what? You're disagreeing with literally every line I say and trying to make your own point.
Even to this you're probably got something to disagree with.
This was never the point of this suggestion.
Lets just take wynnenhanced - the whole thing. If it provided such a huge advantage equivalent to xraying, entity radars, and other hacks, it would have never been allowed. I'm literally suggesting features similar to wynnenchanced had which BTW, were never hacks. Thats the entire point of my post. To suggest something like wynnenhanced WITHOUT the 3rd party risk.

This whole post btw, will also probably never come to fruition.

So please....lets not fight about something as insignificant as this.

That is indeed correct, but while you boast about being accused of supporting hacks, all I did was correlate the mods' features into their corresponding genre. While they're definitely not even nearly as severe, even slight harm or unfairness towards others is not a good thing in the hands of the official content team.

I might've gone a bit overboard, but while Enhanced ended in a fiasco, that doesn't automatically mean we think every pack is suspicious and harmful.

This sentence is what the conversation needed, and something that'll hopefully end it.

I feel like people are confusing this for required mod not optional mod, I see nothing wrong with optional aesthetically pleasing mods (sorry players with low end pc's). Others are saying Wyncrafts big point is "no mod required" but honestly I came because its an MMORPG not because its no mod and im sure im not alone (useless info but its gana stay). Mods for MMO's have been around as long as the games themselves and are useful in the sense that they add things to the game that the devs cant get to because bigger fish to fry. But with that out of the way I think this is a bad idea, the inherant nature of a "mod" is something community made so lets leave it to them but hopefully with a wyncraft statement to guide people to make sure they dont release something that could get players in trouble.

Wouldnt being rank HERO not be considered having an advantage over no rank players with the 6 daily mob totems and such?

I don't understand why ppl are complaining that an official mod pack is a problem,it is optional and would be rlly good,and it wouldn't be rlly hard to make,considering that u just need to make a mini map and a way to see the item name when an item is dropped. (at least i think thats enough)

I also would like to understand why ppl are saying that players that have the mod pack installed would have an advantage over other players,considering that you can already install Wynn enhanced or expansion.

Very simply, some day a rich bitch with no life will create a great moder server and outcompete the others so they to will have to mod. It is inevitable. We modders will be payed to mod and get rich.
