World Bag Merchant

Bag merchant will be selling Leather Bags for 32EB /ea. There will be 3 tiers of the bags,
Leather Bag [Cocoa Bean], Wood Bag [Chest], Mythical Bag [Ender Chest]
If opened, Leather Bag will let us have 9 extra slot, Wood Bag 18 and Mythical Bag 27.
Each class can only use 1 bag [NOT stackable (bags inside bags)]

The purpose of having this is to let the players stay longer farming/ doing anything rather than going to the bank/ item buyer constantly every 5-10mins.

Just as horse system, the Bags can be upgraded up to 3 times, with the following chances :

Leather -> Wood = 20% Chance of success, 30% Chance on degrading the bag, 50% Chance on failing and getting the same one back

Wood -> Mythical = 20% Chance of success, 30% Chance on degrading the bag, 50% Chance on failing and getting the same one back

Where the merchant can be found is up to the staffs on wynncraft, it may aswell be hidden/ puzzled to let it be a challenge just to get to the merchant.

 

I like it, but that would be better if 1 class can carry 1 bag, else it will be to OP

 

I like this idea, but just like horses, you need two to have a chance at upgrading. So if the player has two leather bags, they could just store items in those two bags and it would be like having a wooden bag, or three making it a mythical bag.
Also, how would you stop players from losing items if they dropped a bag on accident.

Cons :
- Too much space, remember we just got a big upgrade in banks!!
imo the amount of slots is wayyyyy too high, you're supposed to have to go back to bank often enough ;)

 

You have the same amount of space as everyone else...

 

That's the point.

 

As in that if you fully utilize the new bank space, you should have enough inventory space.

 

This is for everyone commenting.
The cons outweigh the pros.
And for all those quoting extra bank space, you're off the mark.

The external inventory space is what's OP here.
This allows for longer grinding runs, meaning more money enters the server.

If the space was lowered to 9 slots at max, maybe.
