Guilds Guild Shop

My idea is a shop that you lets you buy stuff for "guild essence".

You get guild essence for contributing emeralds to the guild, attacking territories and defending them.
When your guild levels up, everyone gets a certain amount of guild essence depending on the guild level.

There are different types of items that you can buy.

Global items
Role-Specific items
Level-Specific items

The items can be spells, spell upgrades, guild benefits and other items.

Uh, what even is that? What's the lore behind how a union of soldiers generates magical essence with their successes? Perhaps it might be simpler to think of another currency (diamonds aren't really used as currency anywhere else, maybe those?).

As in guild rank? This might encourage too much promotion within guilds to get everyone the best perks...

How are you planning to add more spells when all of the click combinations are already taken? Do they perhaps replace existing spells?

You'll need to be very careful not to make these OP, you still want to keep a fairly level playing field. If high-ranked people in large guilds have a substantial gameplay advantage, it disadvantages smaller and newer guilds.
