First off, the music is great, and I'm talking about how the music plays, the music is awesome!
So, right now, in Wynn, music plays very randomly... Which is a shame. The perfect example of this is when you fight a boss, there's a high chance that the music will play at least 30 seconds/1 minute after you enter the boss room. And, by the time, you usually kill the boss (depending on which boss that is).

I think this needs to be changed, as the music is such a great part of Wynn, it's a shame that it doesn't play. Here's my solution:

When a player switches area, the music that was playing slowly fades out. This is easily doable (even in vanilla) considering the music is based off noteblocks, meaning we can adjust the volume of each note, thus creating a fading effect.

Then, the song from the area the player entered fades in and play. That way, a player can't simply go left/right to glitch the music from playing a new one each time. If a player enters an area he just left, the music will just continue by fading in again.

I think this would make the game better for everyone (we already have a /toggle music for people who don't like it), with having the right song at the right place!

That's it! That's a fairly small suggestion, and since they've been doing quality of life additions recently, I think this would be great! I'm sure plenty of people will agree with this (like @XavierEXE ;D)

It might get a bit annoying if you were travelling quickly on horseback or something. You'd have lots of different songs fading in and out all the time.

That's a good point, haven't thought of that... Maybe there could be a way to toggle between the old player and the new one?

If players were annoyed by the music, the could just turn the music off by themselves. Making it optional would be too complicated and defeat the whole purpose.

Besides that, I think this is a great suggestion. I was always kinda miffed that they wrote all these great songs, yet they just didn’t execute them as well. I still hope that they will actually add their real music instead of the note block version (at least for the classic ones).

Real music would make the rp size huge though, so I'm fine with what we have right now (even though lag kinda breaks the music sometimes)

Yeah it does lol. On my old laptop I lagged a fair bit, and ever now and then the music would cut out for a few seconds, then all the sounds would play over each other, really loudly.

I thought there was a way of doing it in MC, but I forgot. Certainly not all songs, but some songs like the boss music and the opening should not be noteblocks.

no because then they'd be inconsistent

Like how the discovery sound plays and stops the song that was playing before?
Currently, if you pick a new song in the jukebox, it'd just cut out the previous playing song. I'd do it by having the songs play in the jukebox, but the player would not be able to interfere with that jukebox. (Unless they have the perks to.)
