But tbh i think that armor sp bonuses should count towards the skilks just cuz u might feel like ur wasting extra sp into a skill when u already got it covered by ur armour:/

Because (the majority of) Earth items have negative walk speeds, so it better fits the element.

probably would have worked better to just give each element slight debuffs in other elemental defenses (like water weak to thunder)

I tried to keep the negatives to a minimum (5% walk speed isn't really that much compared to most late game items which can nullify it), after all, they're perks.

Hmm... I'm thinking a bit more scaling may be a good idea. A few of the effects may be a little strong as well, especially the attack speed tier up ones. I will provide my own versions of these below the quoted ones. You can leave the originals the same, change them to mine, or find an average between the two. Anyway, onwards!
20 Points: Earthen Wisdom: You're more adept with the Earth Element, +5% Earth Damage
35 Points: Stone Muscles: Your muscles become hard as stone, +5% Melee Damage
50 Points: Spiked Skin: The Earth teaches you its ways, +5% Thorns, +5% Earth Defense
75 Points: Steel Body: The Earth lends you its strength, +5% melee damage, +5% Earth Damage
100 Points: Master of Earth: You know everything there is to know about the Earth Element, +5% Earth Defense, +10% Earth damage, +5% Thorns, +100/3 s Poison

Total when you have all: +10% Melee Damage, +20% Earth Damage, +10% Earth Defense, +10% Thorns, +100/3 s Poison

Now, this may seem weak, but it will add up with weapons and armor, and can lead to some very powerful builds.
20 Points: Electricity: The air around you feels electric, +5% Thunder Damage.
35 Points: Lighting Speed: You've learned the ways of Thunder, +5% Movement Speed.
50 Points: Thunder Storm: You're much stronger with Thunder, +5% Thunder Damage, +1% Double Damage Chance
75 Points: Bolt: You are one with Thunder, +2% Double Damage Chance, +5% Thunder Defense.
100 Points: Master of Thunder: You know everything there is about the Thunder Element, +10% Thunder Damage, +2% Double Damage Chance, +5% Movement Speed, +5% Thunder Defense, +25 melee damage

75 Points: Tsunami: The water teaches you, +5% Spell Damage, +5% Water Damage.
100 Points: Master of Water: You know everything there is about the Water Element, +10% Water Damage, +10% Spell Damage, +5% Water Defense, +2/4s Mana Regen, +5% Reflection.

Total: +20% Water Damage, +20% Spell damage, +10% Water Defense, +10% Reflection, +2/4s Mana Regen
20 Points: Warmth: You feel a little warmer, +5% Fire Damage

Total: +25% Fire Damage, +10% Fire Defense, +20% Health Regen, +10% Health
15 Points: Light Breeze: You feel a light breeze, +5% Air Damage.
30 Points: Winged feet: You feel lighter on your feet, +5% Movement Speed.

Total: +10% defense in every element, +10% Damage in every element

Since to even get Spectrum players will need to get at least 35 points in everything, players will unlock 2 of the perks for each element. This means that players doing this path will have:

Grand Total: +15% Damage in all elements, +5% melee damage, +10% speed, +5% Spell damage, +10% defense in all elements, and +5% health.

    What do you think?
