Whelp... my turn to crack at this.
You don't even needs stats to know that is right. Not literally but pretty much it is what Nether is right now.
Alright then. Let's check this out.
I wont argue the fact that this is right. Poison does not require much skill as with Archer all you need is Arrow Storm to land a single hit to cause that sweet and bitter Poison. It just requires you to get the hit in which is easy enough for some classes.
Agility is the bane of everything as it is literally a system of luck to where you can dodge more than half of the opponent's hits. Which is already BS enough. Intelligence isn't in here for some reason and I like it. If they do so with all of the rest of the skills then it will truly become a Skill fest of builds and actual skill.
I do agree with this. Since I am not much of a coder I can point out things that seem weird for me if this is done...
-Why have one class have a huge disadvantage over others?
-Mages are not that tanky so getting rid of Heal completely wipes them out.
-Wouldn't that effect game-play outside of Nether? (Yes this is a dumb question)
I do completely agree that something needs to be done with Mages in Nether as they are the literal cancer of Nether.
There is a thing called Beauty isn't everything and the Nether is a prime example. True they made it look corrupted as all hell, but there isn't much you can do if you are trying to climb to the top of that leader-board and you are on the other side of the map. There are many choke points for classes that are basically a guaranteed kill. The sections of the map sound very interesting but however I think more of a tournament-style. It gives you a random opponent (just one) and you both duke it out. This continues until a round has been finished. After that everyone switches partners and until a certain amount of rounds, the game ends giving everyone a fair shot.
Looks good, many points though of where an Archer can rule supreme.
The flat area is a bit of a problem as there usually will be times where other classes just reign supreme. I would love to say to keep the hills as they can provide an advantage to other classes. But that is just an opinion.

The lava is a need to be fixed. I would say don't get rid of it but don't make it to a point where you are just swimming around. The classes that cant get up is both Assassin and Warrior. Archer has a small chance of getting back up from lava (I did it before it sucks doing so) and Mage can flat out Teleport there and avoid the problem in general. Either way, the lava is a for sure way to go and get out of here.
A: Yeah most likely, but don't give up hope.
B: Roast or no roast, it is still a suggestion. I have seen far worse.
    C: I care.
Oh... Okay then, well why didn't you say that earlier then? Either way nice to know. Plus you just kinda threw him under the bus... so... he can get roasted too? Not going to dwell on that thought.
    Pffft, hahahaha!
Yeah I do agree as well. But also I do wish for some PvP as the Nether was supposed to be PvP oriented. I have heard of unfair fights, but this is ridiculous as the meta would have to be the Posion Mage build.
I agree with all of this, Farming is very unrewarding.
Quests get very stale and have a general theme each time.
Buy/Sell only works if you have money to begin with or are just super lucky,
Talking with people in Detlas is nice and fun but can get to a point where it becomes ridiculous. Its all I can really do at times.
PvP in the Nether is just... no. But in general it is no longer that fun.
    I agree.

    Grade: 74% C

I won't go too in depth with this, but I might as well.
The presentation was meh, I understood what you said it was pretty well neat, however there were some things missing from it. However you did make it up on the facts and opinions of the Community.

However I do have one question in mind...
If this was added... who would even play the Nether if this was added? And if people started... who would even stay?

Well, since most of this post was just agreeing, i'm not gonna quote each part of it, but i'm going to answer to some parts where it seems interesting to answer :
well, this would only be a nether change

Yep, but that may take some time before each round ends (or if you are thrown right away to another match when you end, then you might have to wait for that high defense low damage class to actually end all the guys he fights), also, tournaments imo are better in servers that have a lot of players, for many tournaments at the same time

    Because imagine this :

    There's 4 players

    Round 1 :
    Player 1 fights Player 2
    Player 3 fights Player 4
    Round 2 :
    Player 1 fights Player 4
    Player 3 fights Player 2
    Round 3 :
    Player 1 fights Player 3
    Player 2 fights Player 4

    That's 3 round for only 3 players

Now, let's say that one player is tanky and takes 3 mins to be killed (wich is low since in nether u can still use pots, and have high def, run, regen, etc etc)

If a player joined on Round 2 and no other joined, he'd have to wait 6 minutes to actually get to fight if no one else joins (wich if nothing changes is most likely to happen)
so yea, Tournament is interesting, but wouldn't totally fit Imo

yea, even though i've already escaped many times with my warrior
Well, I see it as taking the responsibility but still giving him credits, i could remove it though, but I would feel like stealing :/

I guess that's about all I had to say about your comment, everything I didn't quote is just stuff i'm ok with ;)

I always thought that the Nether and Wynn were connected in both forms. As in if you edit something in the Nether, it effects on how the class goes in Wynn.
    Ex:
Heal is 5 Mana, Nether makes it 8, now Wynn has Heal go for 8.
This is just plain me being dumb with code. Also if this is confusing, what I am saying is that is the Mage's Heal goes to 8 in the Nether, would the base go to 8 in Wynn too? Aren't they connected?
It's just an idea I had on the spot. But yeah I can see many problems that can be combed out. For now yeah I can definitely see many problems. The Tournament isn't something that could be thought of off the spot but definitely if people (or if I get off my lazy butt) go through and make a way how Nether can work out in this aspect. It could turn out super nice.
Oh, cool, then RIP Assassin then.
    Fair enough.

Like I've said, 0 idea on how code works. Sometimes I just don't have Int so when I do enter the Nether, I don't see difference. Plus, you never know with Wynn.

Despite your horrible phrasing I do agree.. at least from the experiences Ive had with the post-gavel nether.

While pre-gavel wasnt ideal either as far as balancing goes, but i still think the idea of items not mattering in nether to be the only way of creating some sort of balance. Sadly that also means that people cant actually put much in the way of diversity into their gameplay in the nether.
As much as poison sucks, the idea of creating a build around poisoning people 'sounds' pretty fun on paper.
Maybe simply a change to how much damage these dots do? A reduction in effectiveness of all items? Then theres still the question of accessibility - should lvl 100 players just completely stomp everyone else? Technically, sure, but does that really create a more fun PvP gameplay when you are forced to lvl to max and get the 'best' build to stand a chance?

becuz i'm dumb I can't understand most of what you said at first, but i'm going to give my thoughts on what's left

    I agree
Knockback is also a big factor

Didn't understand much what you really want to do with that :(

Imo, yea kinda, because if something is done to give low level players more strength or smthing like that, (at that would require a lot of work lol) then people would find way to abuse it, find where the level give you the best strength/defense bonus and there's the best items (for example, getting to az level and just abusing the extra stuff you get from low level)
But else than that, its a pretty good motivation imo to get to level 100 that was one of the thing motivating me to get there at first, but yea, that's about it.

Just to clarify what was said previously..

    What i meant with decreasing the effectivity of items in the nether;
Either a full ignoring of items like the old nether, or, so that different builds still exist, a large % reduction in all stats these items give (obviously only when in the nether).

As for the preventing lvl 100 stomp, something similar could also be done. Once again only in PvP which would not impact the rest of the game. The problem there is that lvl 100 players might feel disadvantaged as they don't get such a large advantage from investing more time.
(Considering the PvP aspect is only such a small part of Wynn I cant really see many people complaining - as far as i remember there weren't any complaints with that specific problem in the pre-gavel nether
