Legendary Items Idea [15 Support, 500+ Views, 81.3%]

From my point of view:

Selchar's Waves: Too similar to Waves Raiser, a level 35 Legendary wand.

Lightning Bolt: Too similar to Thunderbolt, a level 42 Legendary bow.

Whisp: I never found fun in playing Fire Archer, especially at lower levels. If you want to make a Fire/Air bow, then I think you could change the ID's, and maybe buff the attack speed to Fast, but nerf the damage.

Window: DPS is way too high for a level 6 weapon.

1. It's better than nothing.
2. It's a Warrior weapon. Huge difference there.
3. Just cause you don't play it doesn't mean others don't. Plus who knows, tank Archers will be a thing? Hopefully?
4. Not too insane of damage but in reference I can add another -Defence in order for you to actually be a glass cannon.

I can raise the Earth Defense negative. Lower the damage on thunder by 5.

 

-def any level below 70 is basically pointless...

 

Well how can you suggest then on to fix this without causing it to be over nerfed?

 

Make it Normal Speed

Thunderbolt has received a nerf in Attack Speed by making it Fast. Nerfed Selchar's Waves by 5 Water Damage. Nerfed Window by 2 Damage for Air and 2 Damage for Neutral Damage.
