World Change Wynn's "no Refund Policy"

So I lost 3 hive pieces, and I just thought of something. This requires trading untradeables needs to be fixed for this to work.

So if you lose a hive piece you should get a refund, Mods can check inventorys and if you have the quest done,
If your missing one you should get a token / hive item, you should just get one back after a report
The only flaw I can think of is it's too much work or something, but they can get people just to look in people's inventorys and quests and then report to a mod if the person is truly missing a hive item or just made up a bullshit story
Could give you a piece of paper that is kinda like proof you own the item, if you lose it your just stupid for not leaving it in your bank

This might work because the items are directly tied to a quest, but I could also see it as being easily abused by people "losing" their items, and then requesting the mods for a refund so they can pick a different armor.

 

I wish they could have diff nps for each diff hive piece, would be a lot fucking better

1/ There's a way to trade untradables, people could just give someone else there hive piece and ask for a refund
2/ "Hmmm, that hive chestplate is great for the build I used to have, sadly I changed build and now I need the leggings :(
- Well, just drop it and ask for a refund so that you'll get a token with wich you can get the leggings!"

But again, I would love to have the no refund policy changed, but liers are everywhere...

About that hive thing, same thing happened to me, but in "better" I "only" lost 1 piece of hive and a full set of armor that had god IDs

Also, I forgot if you could change the polls, but if possible add a "Yes but... (explain reason"

 

just get hive armor exchanger
hive weapon exchanger
and hive accessory exchanger

that way you can solve #2

No, this would be a waste of time in my opinion. I think that the no-refund policy is fine as is.

 

it doesnt even have to be a change to the no refund policy, jsut make it so hive items are like quest items or smth idk
theyre practically the entire culmination of all ur efforts in wynn, and to just lose them cuz of some dumb glitch is rly frustrating.

There are some flaws in this suggestion.

1) Black market boyes

People trade untradables, we all know that, some people were caught doing it but others are still doing it regardless, this would allow those people to make more money using this system. You could argue that this is a thing because of people losing stuff, but from talking to people that trade untradables, they seem to view it as a "shortcut" or "exchange" of sorts, instead of actually getting back something you've lost.

2) Inventory checks

This would require mods to inventory check people and their alts everytime they ask for a refund, which is a pain in the ass especially because they could just trade the item to a friend and then get it back.

3) Item exchange

This actually opens up for another suggestion, but you could just drop your hive items to get a token and then get another piece, so an exchange merchant would be nice maybe?

The no refund policy is not the problem the fucking sp glitch is! Why isn't it fixed yet? I know that it would have to be recoded after the code refractor but this glitch is quite possibly the worst thing about Wynn.

Id like to see this because, Yes there are some people who will chest the system but on my first lvl 100 I got the hive boots and put them on then the next time I log back in they were destroy because of a glitch I think that they should make the hive items into quest items so u cant throw them out or untrabable glitch them to another person because for the people who actually lost shit from glitches understand plus a exchange merchant would also be nice

 

And if you DIE and lose the item because of your own recklessness? No way to check for that, is there.
