oh well, idk how they work, so i fixed em, here u go.

 

There's a unique bracelet which gives this much thorns/reflection (was it called Pass band? I forget). Though I'm all up for encouraging the meme build, here's how I would do the stats (with the stats given being the max IDs)

Cactus (Bracer)
800hp, Lv. 84
+50% thorns
+50% reflection
+800/3s poison
+5 defense
+80 melee damage
-40% walk speed
-5 agility
-10 intelligence
-80 spell damage

Thorns is useless low-level as there aren't enough items to synergise with it, so adding a low-level one would be worthless. (Especially for a legendary) 20% thorns is weak.

 

Why is every against more low level options ;-;

 

How about adding something with a down with this? Doesn't need to be a real thing but something that is named Cactus should hard the user too if not a little bit. Add -HP or -Regen as it makes more sense. I imagined your character literally putting on a Bracelet... that is a cactus. Our characters are tough to kill, but we can still be easily harmed.

Then again... I question a lot of what we put on. Like Virgo and many other legendaries that just can kill us in an instant! XD

 

Because lower-levels outlevel items fast. Besides that, nobody below 90 (or above :L) would have a use for thorns
