    Hello hello! Welcome to my idea for a new Legendary Item. Since I have 0 idea on how to make an item, I decided to try and make one for each class as I cant really pick a class from the others! So! Let's get this started!

    Oh yeah this was created on Dark Theme, but the reason why some of this is Gray is because it felt more natural for it to be there.

    Assassin Weapon

    Selchar's Waves
    Fast Attack Speed

    Neutral Damage: 16-26
    ❉Water Damage: 10-20

    Lv. Min: 27
    Intelligence Min: 35

    +3% to 14% Spell Damage
    +5 to 20 Spell Damage
    -33% to -18% Melee Damage
    +2 to 7 Intellegence
    +1/4s to 1/4s Mana Regen

    [0/1 Powder Slots]

    Legendary Item

    Given as a gift to strengthen the bond between detlas and selchar, this blade was infused with the power of the ocean itself.


    Warrior Weapon

    Lightning Bolt
    Fast Attack Speed

    ✦Thunder Damage: 35-55
    ❋Air Damage: 25-35

    Lv. Min : 46
    Dexterity Requirement: 45
    Agility Requirement: 15

    +1 to 2 Tier Attack Speed

    Legendary Item

    This "spear" was a lightning pole until the effects of weather have changed it into a true
    weapon of lightning and air.

    Legendary Item

    The bow itself was thought to be just a myth until a traveler was able to catch the bow itself, the magic infused with it made the holder as if they were a firey-ghost.

    Mage Weapon

    Super Fast Attack Speed

    Neutral Damage: 1-3
    ❋Air Damage: 2-4

    Lv. Min: 6
    Agility Min: 6

    1% to 3% Air Damage
    +2% to 7% Walk Speed
    -4 to -2 Defense
    +1 to 3 Agility

    Legendary Item

    The wand itself is more made of glass than anything else, it makes both the wearer and their armor nearly see through but at a cost of being as fragile as glass.

    Well those are the ideas for weapons I have, these are just ideas and I have almost no clue on how balanced they are. To my eyes they seemed balance as I have attempted to. I do appreciate the feedback on this and I hope for a later update with more weapons if this goes successfully.

    Oh yeah and don't just hate on these because they are new weapons and many people have created theirs. Reread it and point out some Buffs/Nerfs and how they can tie into other things. But here are some questions that I do want you to answer:

    Eh. The lore on them doesn't really make much sense tbh. I don't see the point of adding really low level legendaries, and they're never really used for more than like 5 levels. That dagger, Selchar's Waves, shouldn't be level 5 purely because of the name and lore. I doubt many new level 5s would have heard of Selchar, as its level 20-25 iirc. Make it a level 27 dagger which is water based and it should be fine. I'm not great with judging stats by looking at them, but Whisp seems ok (although name and lore don't fit). I think that spear is ok, but the +attack speed is pointless as it has the fastest attack speed anyway. Also the ids ranges don't work like this, but don't ask me to explain.

    I agree with @DrX2345 that this item's level and lore conflict -- maybe it could be buffed to fit a higher level? It is balanced for level five, so all you would need to do would be to scale the IDs up.
    Marius' Prison and Sundown Poncho are level 40-50 items with negative attack speed, meaning that it would work to use this item with those items. As an item, this seems fairly balanced in terms of IDs.
    This seems quite a bit overpowered. Bob's Mythic Bow does similar neutral damage at the same attack speed and it doesn't have the added fire damage (it is also 7 levels higher). Yes, I do understand you are trying to make this not viable for spells, but the melee damage is just too much. Suggestions: nerf the regular damage to 200-300 Fire / 100-200 Neutral and make the spell damage much lower (maybe -60% / -40%). Also, fire items are as a general rule defense items, so maybe you could swap out the melee damage for some health (+500 / +1000).

    None of mage's spells do damage until meteor at level 21, so the spell damage ids are useless. Instead, add an air damage (1-4%) and walk speed (3-6%) ID.

    Lore is mostly fine, and with the changes I suggested, I do see these items in game.

    Gonna be honest, since my school doesn't allow me to use Wynndata (Yeah screw my school) I had to go off the Wynncraft's site of Items... Yeah you can tell that went bad as 50% of the items didn't load which was weird so I went off of what little info I had. Not an excuse as I needed to be more prepared with Items as they are delecate and one wrong move is too OP. Whisp's lore got messed up with the stats so that is why it makes 0 sense. That is an honest my bad. I will re-do them right now!

    I do kinda want an explanation. You do not have to you can easily say no, but it would be appreciated as obviously I have no clue on how IDs really range.

    Right. Ehmm... As far as I can remember, it's basically that the lowest stat is 0.3 times the base id and max stat is 1.3 times it. This means that if you have a base id of 10% for say, spell damage, the minimum would be 3% and the maximum would be 13%. If anyone thinks it's different feel free to correct.

    Alright... Well that is a bit... much of a work, but I can attempt this as I will go through the stats to figure this out. For now the most recent stats will be around here until if they are considered too OP then I will go from the base stuff. This way I can nerf and buff things. Sorry for not following this rule but what I am doing is temporary. No offense but thank you very much. I will keep this in mind!

    I feel he need to point out that's not how ID ranges work. You choose a base, and multiply t by 1.3 for the max and times .3 for the min, always rounding up


    Negative ids is x*1.3 for min x*.7 for max

    So how about this lore?
    Given as a gift from Detlas to its sister city Selchar, the blade was used to tie and strengthen the bond, as it was escorted to Selchar the waves of the ocean infused themselves with this dagger.
