    Idea:
    Basically, as it is, Wynncraft isn't a terrible game, but of course, to be brutally honest, aside from scenery and stuff, there's a lot to be desired. For this post, I will be focusing adding a dedicated group play system, as right now it is practically non-existant :/

    If you don't like the idea, please explain why and how it can be improved in the comments. Thank you!

    Advanced Classes

    What it is:
    Each class will have the option to go down a specialized path at a certain level or after a quest. I suggest something in Fruma as the lore says that it has magical powers far beyond what is available at the moment. This will make sense lore wise as well as gameplay wise (if Fruma will be lvl 80+). Each path will be specifically designed for a certain role so that it can do it easily and very well, but will not excel in other roles. For example, a mage may become a cleric or a shaman. A cleric will be geared towards healing and support, while a shaman will be geared towards dps. A warrior could become a paladin or a berserker. A paladin will be a tank, while a berserker will be dps.
    Why this is needed:
    The current classes are by no means bad, but they are not very balanced (obviously). At the moment, mage and warrior have many more options in terms of playstyles than archer and assassin (I may be wrong tho cuz i only play mage lol idk too much about other class tbh xd). Also, after the final spell upgrade, classes do not advance in any for the rest of the game, making it feel like your character itself is not progressing at all. Finally, this will encourage more team work between players as there will be major advantages of playing with others as opposed to by yourself.

    Class Ideas:
    Now these are just ideas, I will suggest the general idea and function of each spell, but will leave the specific units and numbers (mana/dmg multipliers and such) to the content team (if they like the idea xd) Also, I think its not a bad idea to use spells from base classes as it would carry some familiarity over and also make things easier for coders. Bear in mind these are just rough ideas and I am open to suggestions and feedback.
    Spell 1: ranged heal, will heal user and target player closest to cursor (using aiming system similar to meteor) increases threat
    Spell 2: some kinda mercy glide thing?
    Spell 3: medium range frontal attack, blinds enemies, does medium damage
    Spell 4: general buff, gives health/dmg boost, increases threat
    Spell 1: aoe damage over time vine attack, kinda like meteor fire+poison or smth
    Spell 2: just teleport idk
    Spell 3: chain lightning kinda thing, short blindness effect
    Spell 4: mana share, drains mana like vanish, gives mana to nearby players at rounded square root of mana regen ie 4mr=2 mana share, 9mr=3, 16=4 etc
    Spell 1: weaker heal (i want some heal related thing but not op like mage, probs add some kinda gimmick)
    Spell 2: charge i guess (probs smth else i want berserker to have charge idk wut else tho)
    Spell 3: frontal short range aoe stun attack
    Spell 4: warscream kinda thing, raises threat significantly, buffs attack/def, maybe hp
    Spell 1: toggle berserker rage thing, drains mana over time, buffs strength/speed, lowers def, gives melee frontal sweep attack, maybe nausea, maybe increase attack tier?
    Spell 2: charge but a bit further, also cooldown time, increases threat. idea is charge into mobs then start berserking
    Spell 3: some kinda attack thing, maybe kinda ground shatter, damages mobs in radius and stuns them
    Spell 4: battle medidation, use mana to restore health/sprint bar, cannot move while active

    tl;dr
    add new classes unlocked at higher levels
    each class has one specific role to play in a team

    Threat
    What it is:
    Threat is pretty much an aggro system for Wynncraft. One's threat will affect the aggro range of mobs, tracking range, de-aggro time, and priority over other players. Your threat will be affected by your gear, class, level, skill points and spells.
    Edit: Maybe over a certain threat level will scare mobs away

    Why this is needed:
    Although sub-classes is not necessary for team play, threat absolutely is. At the moment, "teamwork" is just everyone hitting bosses as hard as they can and teams consist of dps, dps and dps. Considering Wynncraft is supposed to be an MMORPG, you don't really see much of the holy trinity of RPGs, Tank, DPS, and Support, mostly cause it just doesn't work. A tank can't tank anything because mobs aggro on the player that does the most damage (as far as I know) so there is no point in having anything other than dps. With a threat system added, teamplay will actually be viable where tanks can tank, supports can support and well dps can already dps xd.

    itd be nice if someone could remake this thread and make it prettier/more organized and stuff lol

    I like the general idea but it needs more detail. The threat level is a very good idea also. It seems that all classes are unbalanced but interestingly I think they are unbalanced in different ways for example as a archer I use escape to no jump on high places and snipe enemys witch is why I think archer is op and my fav class. But back to the point . These other classes sound good but maby explain some example spells they have and list the subclasses for each class.also don’t toss a random unrilated thing at the end with no detail. A ingame marked would b good but you should talk about that in a different post.

    I could see threat as an ID actually (if they can add new IDs after the code refractor)
    Also warrior's war scream should unleash a "threat wave" or something that makes surrounding mobs more likely to target him

    Is good for grinding but archer loses the advantage in most boss rooms. Also projectile throwing stuff counters it quite nicely if you're in a small spot.

    To be completely honest, I really like the idea of subclasses somewhere along the line. But you should explain in better and simpler details.
    Also, I wouldn't make it so if you chose a subclass it would change an entire ability, I think you should either make two abilities stronger for one subclass and the other two abilities stronger for a different subclass.

    well the idea i had for subclasses was to have it competley focused on one role ie. support/dps/tank like in a real rpg :\ that way you have to work in a team for it the class to work but it will work really well
