World Teleport Object [all Classes]

I'd like to know if you could add an object like a "magical stone "which can teleport yourself in a city you choose but you could use it every hour, because (I love Scrolls) but you can use scrolls just once.

So, you could add a NPC in every city, when you click that will link your "stone" and when you'll use you'll teleport in the city you choose. You can choose to link your"stone" with emerald like 1 block or 32 emeralds I don't know !

I think you'll need to go into a bit more detail, as I am slightly confused. Does this stone link to ONE place only. For example, if you link it to Selchar, then Troms, will it stay as both, or just go to Troms?

 

There is a reason this doesn't yet exist:
It isn't useful at all

The reason scrolls even exist, and aren't conisdered OP are because they have some serious setbacks.

-You cannot teleport near mobs, so no escaping mob rooms
-You lose a soul point each teleportation
-Scrolls cost money
-You must enter the town before using a scroll to get there
-They take up lots and lots of space in banks and inventories.

This new system, that you are suggesting is irrelivant considering that you will keep the scrolls system, which is pretty flawless, and makes complete sense.
So if you have this stone, AND scrolls, what's the point?

To be honest, I feel this would just ruin the point of scrolls, it sounds interesting and could be a nice addition but maybe modifications to the scrolls system is more in order, perhaps a scroll could have 3 uses instead of one? Let me know if this sounds better or worse in your opinion.
