    That's one option. But the error is hard to reproduce, and the tag wouldn't effect people who don't use it

    Well it is. Discord's @Everyone doesn't notify everyone on Discord, but everyone in the channel. This notifies everyone who watches the thread.

    Either make it not possible to change your name to Everyone or change it so it's not a tag using @ but some other symbol or something

    Make an Everyone bot or something, that works

    So like you tag the bot then the bot sends a notification to the people or whatever
