Guilds Guild Housing

ok so all me and my friends want is a place to set up out treasure room to show off cool stuff and store quest items we cant get rid of we don't want to build or anything like that u could probably set up a thing that uses emeralds to unlock chest item frames and armor stands nothing big just a better storage option then the ender chests

 

Creating one of these for each guild created is just completely impossible for the server to handle. A private space for each guild? That's a ton of memory being used and lag when everyone is using them. On the whole, housing suggestions are mostly ignored, and I'm pretty sure one of the admins said they will never be added.

 

Use the search Bar and type "housing"

 

The smallest room possible is 3x3x4. There are more than 1000 guilds (according to the guild subforum, there are about 1000 discussions so 1000 guilds, plus not all guilds are on the forum). 3x3x4 is 36 blocks. That's 36000+ blocks worth of space. Space costs money. Not only is the minimal space a 1x2 standing area, it already costs way too much.

TL;DR no

 

1. Don't go based on number of discussions
2. Could make storage cost a good chunk of money affecticely eliminating a ton of the server costs
3. Not going to be added either way I just like debating things

 

I dont support housing, but that way of thinking is WRONG. Max 60 players in server = max 60 houses. They just have to load it from memory

What I mean by 3x3x4 is that the length x width x height.
So you get 2x1 standing space, which is minimal.

 

If you only understood... those 2 empity spaces are a 2x1

While I think this would be too much work that deviates from more important stuff, this could definetly work if you had a special enderchest for guilds, and those could be accessed at banks instead of making actual houses for them.

Guys, make a minimum guild level and cost for housing.
