    [!] Minor spoilers for "The Realm of Light" questline! You have been warned!

    I know that this dungeon has been suggested many times before, but I wanted to do my own take on it. I hope you enjoy!

    This dungeon is meant to be challenging, and is designed for parties. For the rewards, I intend to make several very powerful but build-specific items that only cost 1-2 completions of the dungon.

    When talking to Gaclux:

    [1/2] Gaclux: Hello, Human. I see that you wish to cleanse Orphion of his corruption.
    [2/2] Gaclux: However, I am not yet done removing the seal. The path to Orphion should be cleared by the time you’re level 85.

    [1/2] Gaclux: Welcome back, Human. I see that you are ready to face Orphion.
    [2/2] Gaclux: I have removed the seal, the entrance is right behind me. I hope you brought your friends - Orphion is probably at an all powerful state at the moment.
    You now have access to the Tainted Light dungeon.
    The Tainted Light Key Guardian spawns in the Sky Islands and in a secluded corner of the Light Realm. Level 95.

    TAINTED LIGHT DUNGEON

    Minimum Suggested Level: 100
    Location: By Galcux, in the Light Realm
    Quest Req. "The Realm of Light"

    Rewards:

    • 850,000 Experience Points
    • 200 Falling Emeralds
    • 1 [Corrupted Crown]
    • 3 [Tainted Light Fragments]
    STAGE 1 - Parkour

    ((The side of the parkour room you start on is similar to the colors outside, but as you go farther into the parkour, the colors slowly begin to darken and are replaced with netherrack and obsidian to symbolise the progression of corruption.))

    STAGE 2 - Combat

    [[Similar to Sand Swept Tomb’s first stage, you step on a pressure plate and waves of mobs come at you, and then a boss. The boss drops a token, which you then place in a hopper.]]

    ((The floor falls away and you fall into the next room.))

    STAGE 4 - Survive
    ((Modeled after the Underworld Crypt survivals; however, while standing on the platform, beacons of light will spontaneously appear. Each beacon of light is white, and after two seconds, the beacon turns red. Any player standing in the beacon when it is red takes 2K Earth damage, 2K thunder damage, 2K water damage, 3K fire damage, and 2K air damage per second in the red beam..))

    SPECIAL ABILITY: Beacons of light will appear and disappear spontaneously in the large arena. Each beacon of light lasts 5 seconds. After 2 seconds, the beacon turns red. Anyone standing in the beacon when it is red takes 2K Earth damage, 2K thunder damage, 2K water damage, 3K fire damage, and 2K air damage per second in the red beam.
    Appearance: Corrupted Orphion looks like a Corrupted Heliolux.

    ABILITIES: Fiery Ranged Multihit, Explosive Projectile,
    SPECIAL ABILITIES:
    Dark Distortion - A point where the player is is enveloped in smoke and enchantment particles. 1 second later, everything within 1 block of that point is enveloped in Nether portal particles and has blindness for 10 seconds and slowness for 1 minute, and is poisoned 1000/3s.
    Soul warp - Teleports the player, not drags, to a random location in the arena.
    APPEARANCE: The Prince of Darkness is a charged Wither.

    Very well made dungeon suggestion. I like it.
    If I have to give a bit of critisism, I would say that;

    Firstly, Orphion's corrupted text makes it very hard to decipher certain words crusual to the plot, making the dialog slightly vague in specific spots, though this is limited to only very few occasions. Keep the corrupted text, but slightly less of it in some words would be nice.

    Secondly, I would go over the bosses again, both mini bosses and final bosses, and make minor adjustments. Specifically this boss needs some rethinking.
    Multihit wouldn't really work for a boss being everywhere all the time because of superspeed, as all mob spells takes time charging for cast, and multihit has low range capabilities while also taking time executing.
    Charge or teleport would work better, but will probably make the fight even more likely to overcook the brain of the player in a moment of casual rage and fury.

    Thirdly, taking inspiration from other dungeons is fine, but what I really like is divertion from other dungeons. Something unique. This is also why I love Fallen Factory so much. It's different, unique, and as a result fun to play.
    If you can, try to incorporate something completely new into this dungeon, something that makes it worth the time, not only for the physical rewards, but more importantly the mental and psycological rewards.

    Even though that might seem like a good portion of text, these points are minor issues, and overall I believe you have gotten away with this suggestion pretty well.

    I think there should be more elemental damage and less neutral damage for the red beacons because defense bug. Unless that gets fixed :)

    Warriors get 20% dmg reduction, I'm not sure whether it is just neutral or all. And if you have a certain amount of defense you will get 100% neutral dng reduction

    This not a bug, it's a feature. Having 114 defense points is not always easy to obtain and requires a tanky build to be utilized properly.
    Having 140(?) agility does about the same, except for all types of damage (with the exception of poison and fall damage), so with your logic there should be something for this as well.

    It has been confirmed that complete neutral damage immunity is not supposed to be possible and can be considered a bug. High levels of agility do not render the player completely invulnerable - it is impossible to achieve a 100% dodge change and with very high agility (and no ability or spell can increase dodge chance), general squishiness is expected as you're focusing so heavily on one stat, so if you do get hit, you're screwed. I'm not saying the agility system is perfect, it's just not the same as warrior neutral immunity.

    There is a clear distinction in Wynncraft lore between the forces of Corruption, Darkness, and the Decay, and this dungeon seems to be linking and connecting all three in ways that don't make sense. The Light Realm suffers from corruption, and not darkness or decay.
    -Darkness is presented as the fundamental opposing force of Light, and likely has a realm of its own. Darkness is not very prevalent as an active force itself, but it is linked to Dern and Dead Island. It's fairly mysterious.
    -The Decay is a force in northwestern Gavel that is sort of a plague on life, slowly killing plants and wildlife and replacing them with horrible monsters. It may be connected to the force of darkness, but this connection is just speculation. It is thought to have been caused by the greed of the villagers.
    -Corruption is a force created by the mixing of Light and Darkness forces. It is linked to the Wynn province, the Nether and the undead, and seems to be detrimental to pretty much anything, including light and (probably) darkness.
    There are at least three explanations of this in Wynncraft quests, one from the Elves, one from the light being Taproot, and one from the ancients.

    It is clear that Orphion is corrupted - it's pretty much impossible for Light and Darkness to access each others' realms. We do not know enough about the Decay, but if you're including it here, at least provide an explanation for what the decay is and what causes it.

    Okay, so it's not an intended feature, but the I propose we fix the issue at it's root, and eliminate the "bug" instead of having to incorporate a counter for the possibilty of players using neutral immunity into every new boss battle.
    By the way, neutral immunity usually comes with lower elemental defenses, as rainbow items does not favor neutral defense very often.

    I just don't think there is a need to change the attacks of the bosses because of something like this.

    I believe decay to be the visible representation of Darkness in Gavel.
    Alright, but in "The Realm of Light", in one of the stages, you are asked to retrieve "seeds of darkness".

    Have the beacon give an effect like curse only when it hits the player and pile on elemental dmg. Or wait for the bug to be fixed soon.TM

    The Decay is the effects of the Realm of Light's corruption as seen in Gavel, wich is linked to the Realm of Light like Wynn is linked to the Nether, as said in Grian's "Mysterious Ties" video.

    The Seed of Darkness is most likely that
    the Soccuru Parasites were once dark creatueres that managed to break into the realm after thousands of years of greed, but got corrupted. This explains the seed. In the opposite case ( dark realm, light creatures) it would've generated a "Seed of Light".

    Well because of the state of elemental defenses imbalance which IDK how to explain the beacons should give an affect like curse and still give neutral dmg. Because not everyone is warrior and neutral dmg is good against elemental tanks. The issue tho is that the dungeon would be easier for warriors unless neutral dmg and elemental defense imbalance get fixed. Still +1
