Is this a thing that has already happend, since the time of this being posted? It sounds like a wonderful idea since i want to make my own builds but i have no idea what items correspond to what I want to do

Unrelated serious question what does "bump" and "necro" mean in terms of the forums?

'bump' is something people say on a thread to fill up the 10 character requirement needed to post a reply. When you reply on a thread, it pops up to the first spot on a section of the forums, so people are more likely to view it, comment on it, and give their feedback and what they think of it.

Necroposting is when you post a comment on a thread that is over 30 days old. It's not allowed unless the comment is very beneficial to the thread/conversation as a whole.
(what you did was a necro post, since you posted on the thread when the last reply date was over 30 days before your comment was posted)

I think it should just be a very advanced item guide and a sections that is for builds

Wynndate is a good place to check your build. it's not the most optimal place to create it. for example; if you have used the hypothetical website to find all the proper items for your desired build, you can then insert them in wynndate and see how the items you found for your new build will work together. the idea of the website is to showcase all the items you may (or may not) find useful for the build type you look for.

how should I suggest items? based on what?

 

my idea is to implement a system to sort out types of items (from armour to accessories and even weapons), for example in the (broken) wynnapps you have the option the filter out items, with stats, elements, etc. If you could have a working filtering system with a wider range of options (more "unique" stats, levels, tiers, type of item [armour, weapon, accessory] etc.) and obviously make it more visually appealing and user-friendly. by selecting your wanted filters, you will receive a list of items that may interest you because of their properties. I wish I knew how to use programs like photoshop etc. so I could show a concept image.
