Okay a couple do, but in reality most of them have a timer for speed anyways, meaning it gets removed, and you can reset.
Another example is that one quests where you take shrooms with some elves.
But you can easily reset it.

I'm just constantly looking for feedback, and I find it pretty dumb if they vote against it, not for being a bad suggestion, but because I made it. I get why you would hate me, sure, but because of that you'll vote against my suggestion? That's pretty inconsiderate if you ask me.

but what I do to clear potion affects is duel!

Whenever I get drunk I just duel someone and lose and that clears drunk for some reason

idk if it works with speed as well

 

Does it really count as flaming? I just want to know why it's a bad idea. I'm not verbally assualting you or anything. I just want to change your opinion by modifying the suggestion.

So, useless? Fov, parkour, etc. It might not help you, but as you can see in the poll, already 13 people want it, which is a lot considering that this is a counter to a buff that is optional.

For a feature that could be implemented, even in vanilla, how hard could it be? Literally 2 minutes if you know what you're doing.

 

Well since the only reason you say /speed clear is better than /class is because of loot runs, I don't get why you would want to get rid of speed when doing loot runs (correct me if I'm wrong). I think /class is still the OG command for getting rid of effects, fire, etc. Although /speed clear is a good suggestion :D. +0 Support.

 

Just because there is a current alternative, doesn't mean that this simple 2 minute suggestion shouldn't be added for quality of life.

 

Not to mention, /class takes away a major portion of the depth of the game.

 

I still said that it would be a good suggestion and a little more persuasion could change my current +0 to a +1.

Im only voting yes just because I hate the distortion speed gives.

 

I dont think it should be a command to clear your speed, it should be another movement, like maybe if you shift while you fall you stop it (ik for archer it does damage to mobs but that can be changed)

That could be a real inconvenience if you accidentally do it and you want speed. Plus, shifting and falling isn't easy to do.
