Assassin Smoke Bomb Change

    Introduction
    As an assassin player, I want the class to be balanced and of course, offer a unique playstyle. I believe that a very good way to do this is to make it a "true Assassin", by having it be able to disappear somewhere, sneak up on the enemy and give one killing blow. However, truth be told, Vanish doesn't work well enough by itself. Therefore, I suggest that we change the Smoke Bomb attack.

    What should be done
    Firstly, I would make it deals only 5 ticks of damage (down 45% from the former 9 ticks)* and last for only 4 seconds (down from 5), in return, I would make it so it blinds the enemy for 2 seconds continuously while in the smoke, so that after getting out you still have 1 second of blindness and weakens the defences of the target by 40% (I know this is possible for you guys to do because "Curse" has a similar effect). In this way, Smoke Bomb would be a great setup for a Spin Attack or Multi-hit, which would make short work of the opponent due to the weakened defences.

    Why it is still balanced
    Now the problem you might think this might have is that Assassin would be able to blind the other classes in PvP for a fairly large amount of time, however, this really isn't all that devastating as all the classes have some sort of enhanced mobility (Teleport, Charge and Escape). What it does do is disorient the opponent in PvP giving the Assassin the opportunity to Vanish and move in to "Assassinate" the enemy with a Spin Attack or Multihit. In PvE, it also can work, as by weakening the attack power of Smoke Bomb you force the Assassin to move into melee range if he/she wants to kill the enemy quickly.​

    TL;DR Make Smoke Bomb blind and hinder the enemy's defences in return for weakening its attack power and length.

    Good ideas. However, I think you need to elaborate on a couple things.
    1.What are the exact values you're going to change/add? You say that "it would deal less damage and last a shorter amount of time." You also say that "...blinds enemies and weakens the target." I want numbers!!
    2. Will/How will you change the mana cost to balance the spell?

    I like the idea ( as a lvl 100 Ass assin)

    Smoke Bomb is composed by 9 ticks per second, maybe we could make 7
    Because of the Low damage that could be -22% less than the actual damage ( cuz 7/9 is 77%, but we need the other part that is 22.9999%)

    I added the exact amount that the damage and length will be nerfed as well as the length of blindness and amount that armor is weakened. (Keep in mind that these numbers are still open to change if needed)

    Very nice changes. I would recommend breaking up the paragraph more, to make other readers more interested, but the idea itself seems solid. I'm not an assassin player, so I'm not sure if this will be balanced, but it seems alright to me. +1

    uhh i think u got the tick thing wrong tho...how smoke bomb works is it does 60% dmg (thats the spell multiplier) every 9 ticks (roughly every half a second) for 5 seconds. when u say its will deal only 5 ticks of damage...that doesnt rly make sense lmao xd

    if you look at the wynndata thing

    it's says that it does a certain amount of damage in one tick, which I took as meaning that the ticks are damage ticks, not in game ticks, I may be wrong, and if I am please do correct me.
