Az Buff/nerf Proposal

i like az. it is pretty balanced to use but others conplain it not being able to compete with higher mythic bows
i don't like that so here is my idea.
damage
neutral: 50-150
thunder: 1-500
requirements
class: Archer
Level: 87
Dexerity: 105
You might notice that the level of the bow is pretty high but i thought, hmmm if u can use one of the most meta mythic in game COUGH COUGH APOC COUGH COUGH then why not let u use az buffed a bit at lvl 87?
Stat Changes
dexterity bonus: no change
thunder damage: no change
water damage: no change
fire damage: no change
ex bonus: no change
health bonus: -1500 to -2000
walkspeed bonus: 5%-12%
Strenght bonus: -10 to -20
defense bonus: -14 to -20

You don't know how ID's work, do you?
Look up how they work, and even then you still have a 1/nevergonnahappen chance of this becomming an actual thing, regardless of if it's really good or not.
Not even the very definition of the word "Item" itself, Selvut, can make changes to the mythic tier items..

Welp, not sure if he IS an Item. But he basically creates most of them except for mythics ^^

 

That's not how ids work. Also, I don't think they'll ever change the level requirement of an item.

Also that's overpowered as fuck.

Az is balanced. Also doesn't matter if its supposed to be a low lvl mythic when 90% of people who aren't lvl 100 don't have a mythic due to the insanely low chance of getting one, also at that lvl they probably can't afford it.
