no i dont think that atleast, it's just tax collectors and people losing tons of money every month are not wynncraft's biggest concern atm

 

What?! We're not giving you criticism because your low level, though generally low levels have less expeirence in the game but that's besides the point. Let's pretend your a level 100 even then you would still get the same criticism, yes some people see a level 50 and assume he doesent know how to play but that's a very small amount. We are not targeting you we are giving you our opinions

Hey Johnald. I see you are new, both to the game and the forums, so let me welcome you to this wonderful place.
I know that adjective seems far fetched at the moment, but Wynncraft really is a wonderful place filled with amazing people.
Unfortunately, you started off by doing 1 thing people like to roast the most. Suggestions. When you make a suggestion, people
expect thought thru, detailed suggestions, which at the moment, might be above your reach. Not because you don't mean well or don't try
hard enough, but because you lack Wynncraft experience. Your join date isn't even a month old, so you haven't seen even the tip of the iceberg. I have been here since 2014. and often miss things.

Regarding your suggestions, I feel as they are a bit...extreme. I'm all for money drains, but I can't agree to this one. It feels like I'm paying a monthly fee to play the game.

It's apparent you wish to contribute to this place and participate in discussions. However, you are missing a lot of experience to know exactly
what this place is missing. I'd suggest playing the game more, discuss things and postpone making the suggestions for now until you become
more experienced. That's just me tho, you are free to do what you want, but seeing how people react(ed), I don't want you to go trough that again.

You know what, I'm going to be "not as harsh" as usual, because of your apparent lack of ability to take criticism.

First of all, this will severely fuck over inactive players, what if I go on vacation? I'll find a gigantic portion of my money gone and it'll take ages to make it back.

And then you call us greedy, but the problem is that if you only lose a couble of EB, like you, you can make it back by grinding for less than a day. For higher levels, however, this is not the case. If I lose 16le there's no chance in hell I'm going to make it back anytime soon.

This suggestion also promotes mythic hoarding, if I have all my money in the form of mythics, but barely have any money in the bank. It's going to cost me a lot less in the long run.

And the last problem, which is not to be ignored, is that a lot of money is earned by completing quests. And here's the problem: quests can only be completed once. So say I'm in the level 70s doing tons of quests. Withing no-time I have a stack of LE. So the server decides: hey, imma take 20% of that. If I were getting that much money on a regular basis, it wouldn't be much of a problem, but no, once that money is gone it's gone forever.

 

I swear Moe, the word "rude" had became such a buzzword. You practically title everyone with that word. It's exactly what the left is doing, calling everybody who disagrees with them a nazi. It completely lost it's meaning, taking away from actual neo-nazis that are a real thing.

Alright so in my opinion the fundamental flaw in this is the fact that you force ppl to loose their money. You repeatedly used Briefcase as an example for someone who has a lot of money and as a consequence you claim that he doesnt have a purpose in the game. Whether or not that is the case is debatable but even if this was the case do you really think that taking away all his money would make him be like OMG YES I CAN FEEL ITTTTTTTT THE ENERGY IS OVERFLOWING!!111!!1! ? Personally i dont think so xD you cant just give ppl a purpose in life by taking away what they worked hard for. If you want to give ppl a purpose in wynn again like this and at the same time fix the economy... you need to make them want to give away their money. And it should be something that you cant just sell for more money. In other words.. you need to come up with some untradable money sink in which ppl happily throw their stacks into. That way you can fix the economy to an extent and at the same time make ppl have a gambling game thing again in which they can find a purpose and shit to do ._.

The tax line is when your idea would be implemented.
In the start the economy is growing from questing grinding etc..
After the tax the economy falls rapidly and it would continue to fall since people can't generate so much money as 1/5 of the current market.
After that there would be less money to take and then it would fall a little bit slower and it would continue to fall until people can generate 1/5 of the market after each month, but it would limit the economy to the size of the population and it would make everything get more expensive over the month and after that everything drops.
the people who would lose the most if rich people since they can't trade in some cases up to 20 Stack of LE in a month and low level players like you wouldn't lose that much since you can just generate through quests and you can just farm to generate 1/5 of your bank, but for ruich people it would be litterally impossible and that would make everything fine for low level/poor people until the market gets so small it also begins to affect them.
The economy would basiclly shrink until the peole can generate the economy again for it to be destroyed again and new players/ new classes would be considered godlike since they can generate 64 Le for the economy when questing is done and it would force rich players to create new classes just ot quest to get money to keep the economy alive and not make it shrink to an extremly small size.

Also don't call people greedy just because they don't like the suggestion just because they don't want to lose money to make the market more fair it's litterally one of the worst suggestions i have seen with no thought of how it would affect the hole server.

You are now beginning to act like "WynnDev" and "ImPikaz" or something like that since you act so inmature to critisism and sometimes people can be rude or jsut straight out assholes, but you just have to deal with that and don't get mad over that since people are assholes and you are gonna meet assholes out in the real world so just learn to deal with it.
