Time for criticism.

First off all, earth/thunder is a weird combination(Thunder sanctuary has negative earth defense) And yes, we've had some items with contrasting elements, like some water/thunder and water/fire items, so technically this isn't a problem, but I'll explain later why it is.

Second, I have never ever ever EVER seen a thunder weapon that has an attack speed lower than Fast. I know that this is also earth, and frankly makes this fact worse. The fact that this is super slow fucks up the purpose of thunder weapons entirely. Have you ever seen items that require dexterity like diamond static neck, breezhands, and heartbreak that give 1+ tier attack speed? Or, thunder mythics and their substitutes that have super fast attack speed like thrunda, fatal, az, cata, judas, corrupted witherhead' bow/cluster, and wick? (Wick has very fast attack speed, but you get the idea) There's a reason for that. The purpose for thunder mythics is to be super fast or very fast to dish out as much damage as possible.

Third, this bow seems to be more focused around melee for obvious reasons. I shouldn't have to explain why archer melee is trash.

Fourthly, the item is way too op. The negative health regen can be countered with hive pants and gigabyte. The negative mana regen can be countered by concentration or summa. The super slow attack speed and negative attack speed tier can be countered with cancer, assuming that you get a perfect attack speed cancer and this bow. The debuff a on cancer don't matter when you're attacking with this much attack speed and so much base damage.
TL;DR: This bow shouldn't exist. Kill it with fire

There are many slow thunder weapons, and I'm giving interest on them.

Yes, it could ruin the purpose of thunder. But current state of the thunder 'melee' builds are shits because the other elements' melee weapons can be fast and strong with abusing attack speed tiers :(
(Alka is supposed to be heavy but slow, but what if this is also fast? Because of the balance, thunder weapons has high attack speed but low damage. So this is hopeless)
