Well, the closest water wand to that level that he can actually use (not Ethereal) is Ohonte Kerhite, which actually does LESS damage than waves raiser and needs more skill points so

 

ohm's wish did even less damage and ethereal did the same :P

Waves Raiser:
20-26 neutral 22-48 water (Since your a water mage probs it does lots) Attack speed: Slow


Ohms Wish
30-50 Neutral, 20-40 Thunder 10-30 Air (Fast attack speed)




Ethereal 15-30 Normal, 50-75 water (SUPER FAST attack speed)


At my level right now,
Im using a rare water wand

Frozen brook
55-80 Neutral, 30-55 Water

You dont always have to use a legendary..

(TBF its super slow attack speed, but it still works out, as spam spell)

Seems legit. To be honest, it's the actual truth of the Assasain and Ninja class.

 

well i used it and my meteors dealt over 1.5k dmg while ohm's couldnt reach even 1k and ethereal barely reached the 2k

I understand maybe ohms, as its not a water wand...
But Ethereal is! And it does way more damage, and has SUPER FAST attack speed

Those aren't correct numbers
Waves Raiser does 44-76 damage, all water, with a normal attack speed
Ethereal does 15-20 neutral, 40-70 water with a very fast attack speed

Blame that
for not being up to date with selvut
or maybe I fucked up the numbers idk..
Still the point still stands

Ethereal is better than Waves Raiser
