Website & Forums A Lore Tab

I just thought about having a lore tab on the Wynncraft website. Maybe besides map (idk). It would be awesome for new players to learn about the realm of Wynn before doing alot of the quests. This is what i felt i missed when i started playing a long time ago. It is now i have really been thinking about what i am doing. In the lore section there could be storys about Bob and Ragni. And you cant miss the corruption. And when the content team adds something new it can slowly get added into the lore section.

 

A section may be too much, a prefix is pretty cool

So does official lore go in this tab, or can fan theories be place here?

Other than this question, it is a good idea, and definitely make the forum more convenient.

 

This isn't really a good idea. Having all the lore be easily accessible really takes away from the game, and having to learn it yourself. For the stuff that's outside the game, there's already Grian's lore threads. It's about the journey, not the destination.

Past those, this is just a bad idea.

 

Only oficial lore. Not fan theories.

Yeah, but things like fruma and the life Before the gameplay i think is hard to come by. I dont want everything to be revealed as wynncraft is about exploration. But basics that is good to know.

 

All the information we have about Fruma can be found in the libraries, except for possibly the fact that the player comes from there. Plus, there's 0 information on life "Before the gameplay" except what's found in the game and in Grian's lore threads, which already exist. I suppose a depository of all of Grian's lore threads would be fine, but nothing more than that.

 

I like the idea of composing grians texts. It's official and it is already out. It would make it easier for new players to read. And it would give more purpose for the website.

 

I get what u mean, but a Little backstory would be nice, he means a bit of lore, not the secrets of the universe.. just some of the already "out and open" lore pieced together on one page would be nice I think
