Negative ids have a different min than positive ids. This should have been mentioned.

Considering you get Super Fast automatically without armor, while having a seriously high base damage, I'd say Archer melee's functionality doesn't overrule how genuinely broken it is. You could very well build like Cata (building tankiness and mobility with a side of damage, in the case for melee).

I believe the negative Mana Regen is sufficient to balance things, seeing as Archer lacks defense, a stray hit could mean trouble if you don't have the required mana to sustain mobility. However I will consider lowering the damage if other people seem to think the same as you.

According to my calculations its Spell DPS should be a little lower than Ignis. Melee was intended to be stronger though.

 

I guess but I can definitely see a build very similar to Cata, using stuff like Boreal-Patterned Aegis which would counter the -mana while boosting damage, hp, and mobility.

also the negative life steal from lea is basically pointless because spells don't activate lifesteal and it's not like you're going to melee with it


also fusillade feels kinda broken if you throw it into my thunder melee build and you're an mlg sniper, i'll do calculations later but it feels broken

 

Not really, mythics would be less rare. Every mythic has its own drop chance, so there'd only be coming more. Doesn't change the fact all the new mythics will be worth more and the old ones less.

For wand you could do a pretty dank water/fire wand (for hybrid build) and have it named somewhat on the lines of steam or something :) (but not as shit as that, do like the japanese word for steam or some shit)

edit: the japanese word is Jōki. sounds pretty cool since you can relate lots of stuffs to japanese culture through like steam and fire and water. something like this
