Powders On Wybel/hive Weapons

    Well i quit since some time before powders were added xD and after being back for 2 months i still dont get it...
    What is happening to the neutral damage, when is it happening (at how many powders) and what exactly is happening with different powder tiers?!
    Well i know the normal effect but i saw a bonder with just earth damage so what is happening there xD
    Pls help me im dumb

    also the powder should say how much neutral gets eaten by the powder
    i don't really understand the rest of your question though

    he means with spells, weird shit happens. @modtoki1 made a good guide for damage calculation including this.
