I like the idea of a plant island, but I have some ideas instead.

1: It has no human/villager inhabitants
(This would make it more explorable and mysterious if the player is the first person to discover bloomi)
2: It is not a province
(This adds on to the 1st reason)
3: Make it around 1/2-3/4 the size of Corkus
(This would lessen the time to create it, and further the reason that it is an uncharted island)
4: Create Minimal quests for it(Around 2-5)
(This would again lessen time for creation, and it would make more sense since the island would be uncharted)
5: Create a TON of new, unique mobs for it
(This would create more excitement for bloomi, if dozens of unique mobs unlike anything we have seen before were implemented)

These I just my speculations of bloomi, I hope it gets added!:)

"And a secret I quit like nature." "AND FREIND THAT IS BAD." Can you fix that? And there's no confirmation that the Eye is really relative to Dern. (Although it's very likely.)
In regards to the suggestion, I like it, but it's not relative to the lore. No idea how it would fit in, guess that's up to the devs.

STORY

A long time ago, when Wynn was not with war with the corruption, and gavel had its doors wide open, there was an island. The island was huge, and filled with life, but no sentient races. The area was rich with resources, especially plant life. Grooks wandered the land, feasting on what they had, while the wild gorses roamed the lands serching for another misspelling of a word. there also was a villager, the least greedy villager, his name long forgotten, traveling to Fruma to escape the stress of gavel and his brothers, but he got lost. He ended up on Ancient Bloomi, and when he saw it, he knew his goal: Inhabit the island with humans and villagers alike, and keep all of the resources as rich as he can. he started up on Project: Wildlife. he gathered a small community of non-greedy humans and villagers, and together made the province of bloomi.

Around the middle of Project: Wildlife, the island of Corkus was started, and had intentions to take over the island, to show they were strong enough to be a province. Corkus started work on their own project, to take over the island, and show that they are a province. the leader and founder of the island, known as "Wood man" at the time, due to his crafty uses for wood and plants and making sure everyone re-plants what they have destroyed. Wood man got the inhabitants of the island to make their own way to defend themselves. Thus, Plant Magic was created. They used Plant Magic to make a strong defense out of thick grass strands, trees, and flowers. When Corkus attacked, they could not break the almost impenetrable shield, not even the best of their tech could destroy the barrier. One of the Corkians tried to use fire to burn the wall, but one of the Plant Magic users splashed water on the fire using a grown root from an old oak tree, to stop the flame before it could grow too large. Soon™, the Corkians gave up, and never came back again.

After the battle, the province of Wynn and Gavel saw what they had did, and named them a province, and took their Plant Magic, soon™ to be renamed earth magic, and infused their weapons with it. Something similar happened with Corkus, but not being called a province, just having their tech taken, and extracted to make Thunder Magic. Wood man was then renamed to "Plant man", and called to an official province meeting, where each province would send a representative of one human or villager, to discuss their ideas. Wynn sent the king of Ragni, Fruma sent their Queen, Gavel sent the Llevigar lead engineer, Dern sent no one, because D҉̴͡è̀͜ŕ̡͘ņ ̴͘w͝҉a̸̢s̸̢̨͜͜ ́͏c̷̨o͞͏̀́ŗ̴̶́̀r̨̧͘͠u̸҉̸́̀p̢҉̴̴t̢̀͢͡ę̷d̶̢̀͞҉,̛͟ ̢҉a̧͜n̸̸̡d̵͡ ̛͡n̢͠͠͞ǫ̸͘ ̛͟҉o̕̕͜ń̸͝è̷̕͜ ̷̨̀͜l̸͟͢ì͢͞ḱ̸̛̀҉e͝͞͏̶d́͠ ̢̛̀͘D̵̡́͠e̶̶ŗ̸̷̧́n̴, and Bloomi sent plant man. After the discussion, when Plant man went back to Bloomi, not much happened. I'm really bad at ending stories, so lets get into the next part!

LANDMASS

Bloomi is a beautiful place of flowers and trees, and every plant and animal imaginable! Some of the rarest plants and animals can be found here, like the Gorse, and the legendary Loot Chest Flower. Some areas of Bloomi are Overgrown, though, but a project has been made to fix that! (and don't worry, the Bloomans agreed to this, even their leader!) There are hills, and plants, and flowers, and plants, and plants, and did i mention plants? there are 4 different areas on Bloomi, the main area, a plains-ish area with some hills and arches, the "Arctic" area, taking up the smallest area, with snow and polar bears, the "Overgrown" area, which is filled with giant tentacles of grass, and rumored to have plant-people there, and the house area, where the Bloomans live. In the heart of the island is the leaders house, made entirely of natural materials. Its even rumored that the furniture in there is made of plants!

VILLAGES

On Bloomi, the village of Oshams (Oh-shams) is the only Human/Villager village there. it has a tribal style, with little huts made to look as natural as you can make it, while still using wood and hay. there is another village, in the overgrowth area, known as Laptenr (Lap-ten-er) filled with creatures made of plants themselves! Laptenr is completely made of plants, unlike Oshams, and this "everything is a plant" rule even goes to the sentient beings there, known as the Garss (Gar-ss)! The Garss are native only to Bloomi, and are one of the most chilled back races. they don't mind the Villagers and Humans coming over, they don't even care that there large vine-filled forest is being shortened, as long as their village is not destroyed.

A NOTE FROM SHAMOS200 (please read)

Now, you may thing i'm trying to remake Corkus, or steal MrCoffeeTime's thunder, but i just wanted to make bloomi a thing, with suggestions, quests, and maybe music! you may be saying "well, its an island with a race on it, so it's a ripoff of Corkus!" but, that is wrong. think of it like Minecraft and Terraria: They look the same, have some of the same features, but in reality, they are completely different from one another.

OTHER STUFF

Bloomi is only accessible by the seaskipper, behind some barriers in the ocean, because some stones are in the way or something, and the pass is only accessible after a quest involving the ocean and infusing the seaskipper with magic. Bloomi should be lvl 60-80 or around that. there should be some surrounding islands in the barrier thing, one with a Blooman house with a "Savage bear" and some blood inside, 3 extremely small islands in the shape of a triangle that is involved with a quest, and a coral reef area like the one by selchar with items like that.
