    Regarding Powder Exchange

Since the release of Corkus we have something called Powder Exchange, but that's only for Tier 4-6 powders. But what if there could also be a powder exchange building for Tier 1-3 powders?
To get a better view of where and how, I made a list of how I think it would be viable.

    1. Where would this trading center be?
    In Llevigar

    2. Why Llevigar?
Tier 4 powders can already be found at mid level 50's. But the level difference between actually finding Tier 4 powders and the powder exchange in Corkus is 30 levels. To give this same kind of outcome, I thought Llevigar would be a good option since there's like a 30-40 level difference (Since you're able to find low tier powders at level 1)

    3. Corkus has a specific way of getting their currency for each tier 4-6 powder, what about the one in Llevigar?
Tier 1 Blank Powder 32 Emeralds
Tier 2 Blank Powder I'm not so sure about this one, perhaps 1 Lost Sanctuary Fragment per blank powder?
Tier 3 Blank Powder 1 Zhight Money! What else would anyone use that currency for besides getting potions of Wisdom.

    Relic Shrine Tweak?

Currently each Powder Relic gives a specific tier of a powder, depending on the tier of the Shrine. But wouldn't it be cool to be able to get blank powders from relic shrines? Of course the chance of getting one is pretty low. Now I'm not sure if it would be a good idea to also suggest being to able to collect Tier 5-6 blank powders from relics, but here's what I had in mind.

Let's say you got a tier 6 powder relic. Every tier of of powder can be found here. My suggestion is that the same rules apply to blank powders, but with a signicantly lower chance of for example even finding a tier 1 blank powder.

there's no need for blank powders 1 - 3 tier. Beccouse they're so cheap an easy to get.

    Tier 4 is 32 EB, right? That makes a tier 3 8 EB, a 2 2 EB, a a 1 32 emeralds

    this is useless

Why? The reason for the powder exchange is (probably) that T4-6 powders require a lot of work to get, and given the random nature of finding and upgrading powders it makes sense that, for a price, you can exchange them for the kind you need. Elements are not very relevant at level 40-50, so different powders of the same tier are practically interchangeable. Also, Wynn gradually introduces features as you progress, with powders being an example. Low level mobs rarely have elemental properties and so early-game powders just serve as a small damage boost to weapons. At about level 40-50 (when this exchange is proposed) powder specials are introduced, and powder manual chapters 2 and 3 appear in towns of this level. Items get more powder slots, elemental mobs become more widespread and higher tiers of powder are found. At level 83, the final phase begins, with the powder exchange introduced, builds becoming more dependant on powders and elemental properties for almost all mobs. This kind of progression is mirrored in other features across Wynncraft and almost any other game. The powder exchange adds a new level of complexity to the powder system at a point in-game where it's needed. This would not.

Why would they be trading Zight Money in Llevigar? The lore of it is that it's basically worthless anywhere other than Zight Island, and it's mostly a scam. If they were to add more uses to it, and I don't think they should, it would only make sense to have more items for sale on the island.

This sort of goes against the point of dungeons and dungeon rewards. They're optional challenges which reward you well, but they're never supposed to be necessary for accessing a specific feature. Also, having only one dungeon reward there would pose problems.

Overall, though I do not support this particular suggestion, I encourage you to keep thinking of ideas to improve Wynncraft. I can tell a lot of effort went into this.

-1 because it's not dark theme friendly and all reasons stated above.
