Ok, first of thanks to @shamos200 for making Bloomi, it inspired me to make this quest.

Let's just go over how I show stuff in the quest:

    Character/Character talking (good)

    Character/Character talking (bad)

Explanation of scenes in the quest/Parts of the quest

    [Quest Book Updated]

    Characters thoughts

    Misc.

    Let's get into it.

    Green thumb
    Level Min. 80
    Difficulty: Hard
[Talk to Culor on the Bloomi Beach]

Culor: Wh-Who are you? Wha-? Doesn't matter, come back when you're level 80 and MAYBE I'll talk.

    Culor:
What! Who are you! Who sent you here! Get out of my sights! This is private property!
Culor: No, really, leave. You shouldn't be here. If boss finds out someone from the corruption's wiggled their way into Project: Wildlife, I'm the first person the cane's gonna' hit.
Culor: Whats Project: Wildlife? Oh for the plant goddess Moriya, why can't you just figure it out on your own! Maybe do a little SCADDADLING in the process
Culor: No-no, no, no. Put the weapon down, I can't hurt you-u, I-I promise.
Culor: Fine, if you really want to learn about Project: Wildlife then I'll tell ya'. Why are you Wynn folk so stubborn?
Culor: Ahem. It was thousands of years ago when Gavel's doors were open to the world, and Wynn was untouched by corruption. The world was blooming with magic from across the provinces.
Culor: Long ago this island looked not much different than how it looks now, except it was nearly uninhabited by sentient beings, only a few heards of Grooks wandered the island.
Culor: And one day a villager arrived, deprived of greed from his life in Gavel, was off to search for Fruma, but bumped into here instead.
Culor: His name is unknown still to this day, but as he arrived on the island, seeing the lush wildlife, his immediate goal was to populate it with the kindest of people, all races, willing to help each other through even the toughest times.
Culor: During this time, our neighbours named Corkus began to grow. Willing to prove their power as a growing city, and soon to be province, they waged war on us.
Culor: But, the island of Bloomi was rich with a mystical power, that had kept the untouched land in shape for millions of years. This power was called Plant Magic, each individual of the island was filled with it.
Culor: The people of the island gathered for war, they began constructing a magical barrier around the island. And when the Corkus navy attacked, they had no hope, the barrier was simply too strong and too thick to penetrate by any mechanical creation.
Culor: But with this attack, the generations to come became more battle-ready, as if to anticipate any warring that Corkus had planned. But this attack never came, and the people of Bloomi were left more stubborn with others, more protective of their items, less generous, and more GREEDY.
Culor: But even after this fabled attack was long gone, the people never changed, and now the island of Bloomi is left permanently disfigured.
Culor: Anyways, enough story time, off you go, the boss wants no business with you Wynn folk.
Culor: Out of my sights! Boss will be coming around for his check up soon! Oh dear! There he is now! Hide, quick!

    Speak to him again:
Culor: Hide! Before he sees you!

[Run behind the bush before the boss see's you.]

Jumping behind the bush will trigger this dialogue:

???: Hello Culor! How's your work on the reefs been today?
Culor: Oh-h Slurr, It's been, Uh, quite fantastic actually, I caught a whole crateful of Zquibs.
You see Culor through the bush, showing a crateful of lobster-like crustaceans to a tall man.
Slurr: I see, you've always had a good hand for fishing, in fact, you're so great I'm giving you a promotion, how would you like to be a part of the Project: Wildlife, as a part of the team?
Culor: Oh that would be lovely! A nice home, a better job... A bigger paycheck!
Slurr: Yes, yes. Now just this way, follow me, I'll show you to the rest of the team.
You watch Slurr lead Culor down the path, Culor takes one look back at the bush, and they walk up a large set of stairs and disappear into the trees. Their gone, it's safe to go out now.

You repeat Culor's words in your head: Don't get caught, they don't like people from the corruption.

[Travel down the path, maybe you should check what's happening]

The street is basically bare, no one seems to be around, and a few houses set space around the path. Just navigate the path, don't get too close to the houses, otherwise you'll get sent back to the beginning of the path.

Walking up the path you'll eventually reach the set of stairs, after going up there you'll see this message:

You hear loud voices in the house to your right. Maybe you should investigate
    [Inspect the house]

Upon looking at the door, you will see a sign that reads: "Board Meeting, Do Not Enter"
If you stand next to the wall, this dialogue will trigger:

Culor: No! You can't to this to me! It's unfair, it's illegal! Someone! HEELLLP!

Slurr: You don't tell me what to do or what not to do! That's my job! Now boys, just bring him to the room, we'll deal with him later, I'm starving.

Culor: You can't do this! I'll have the grand warden know about thi-!
The rest is muffled and hard to hear, you decide that you should enter the house, but somewhere secret, the front door is too obvious.

[Find a way into the house]

The entrance is atop the house and is achievable by climbing a short stubby tree.
After entering the house, you'll land on the second floor, and after further inspection of the room, you spot a laundry chute, which takes the appearance of a cobweb followed by a 20ish block fall into another pile of cobwebs. The hole is labelled 'Laundry Chute'

    [Enter the 'Laundry Chute'.]

Upon entrance, you will fall into a charcoal teleporter and get dropped into a pile of cobwebs or something. Looking around the room you notice it's a basement and there are iron bars and various mechanisms.

    [Explore "the basement"]

An exposed piston door leads to a strange machine, with few dials and 2 grey pieces of wool. You have to look around the room and find 2 buttons, upon pressing one, one of the grey pieces of wool will turn into lime wool. Find the other, they both turn green, and the piston door opens, revealing a staircase downwards.

    You hear:

    Culor: Who's there!

Continue down the stairs and you will see Culor in a jail cell, surrounded by various torture devices.

Culor: What are you doing here? I told you to go, you'll get into trouble
Culor: But wait! Before you leave do you mind unlocking me, the key is on the table across the room. I'd simply love to get out of here.

    Speak to him again:
Culor: What are you doing? We don't have much time!

Bring Culor the key and he unlocks himself, then he begins to talk again.

Culor: Thank you! I owe you, but not yet, this is not finished.
Culor: Many have suspected Slurr and his minions were corrupt. He was simply too nice. But when he offered me the job, well it's just so much money. I couldn't resist.
Culor: I wasn't the first person he offered, many people have gotten it. When they never returned I just assumed they had moved to the more noble part of the island.
Culor: But no, they were killed, and I would have been to if it wasn't for you.
Culor: Thank you, but we must not dally, I think it is time for you to speak to the grand warden, you have done a great service.
Culor: The grand warden lives across town, in the massive treetop palace. Speak to him there, and he will understand, that even though you have been embrewed with corruption, you are a hero, of many things. Don't worry about me, I'll be quick behind, I've written the location in your quest book for you.

    Talk to him again:
Culor: Don't worry about me, I'll be out of here in no time.

[Travel to the Grand Wardens palace and speak to the grand warden]

Continuing down the path will lead you to a large stone street with many houses. The palace is at the end of the street through a crowd of people. Some parkour is required to reach the entrance.

You no longer fear the people of Bloomi, they look strangely towards you, but you ignore them.

Upon entering the palace you will travel up a spiral staircase of the trunk of the tree and arrive in a great room, the Grand Warden is on a wooden throne.

Grand Warden Asalasar: Hello there. Normally I would be slightly upset about your intrusion but you seem to have a reason. Where are you from and what do you seek.
Grand Warden Asalasar: You are from Wynn? Oh, such a curious place, with its monsters and all. Anyways, what seems to be the problem?
Grand Warden Asalasar: Slurr, that man. He's crazy. He has been acting up lately and I'm not sure why. But this, this is new, I have never heard of him killing people.
Grand Warden Asalasar: Strange machines? In his basement!? Oh, that man, I never should have hired him to take care of that part of the island.
Grand Warden Asalasar: You see, everything in Bloomi has a Plant Magic Force imbued in them, all though the island itself contains a nearly infinite amount of it, it is very hard to collect. But, with animals, you can extract it from them and it will slowly generate back, but if you KILL them, you get much more power.
Grand Warden Asalasar: I believe that he is killing people to steal their magic, then he grows stronger. No wonder his scrolls are so powerful!
Grand Warden Asalasar: he must be stopped, but I can take it from here, my royal guards will make quick work of his association.
Grand Warden Asalasar: Thank you for your work, it is greatly appreciated. We don't have emeralds on the island, so I'll reward you with this magical brace, given only to the most worthy, as of now, you are the first to receive it. Good luck on your journies hero! And let the magic of Bloomi be with you!

Talk to him after the quest:

Grand Warden Asalasar: Your presence in Bloomi is greatly appreciated, enjoy your stay!
