World New Desert Providence? (+ Fruma Providence?)

Back in the day, All we had was the province of Wynn, Then came Gavel, And most recently, We got a island providce, Sort of. Now I've been thinking a lot about the first quest you do in the game and where you are... where? Fruma, What's in Fruma you may be asking? I don't know, But... What if in a new update, We got to go there? How? You may ask? Still, I don't know, But yeah, It would be cool to see where we ALL CAME FROM, Am I RIGHT? So... Yeah, That may not happen, But here's something that may get added (or not) A DESERT providce, Not, We already have a desert, yes, but what about a WHOLE PROVINCE Based in the Desert? How would that work? for the last time, I DONT KNOW! But hey, It may happen, It may happen... What? Where would it go? you already know the answer, but what's the name of the providce, you may be asking, (you ask ALOT of things) Here's my idea of the name of it... The Endless Sun... So... Yeah, that's all I got, Let me know what cah all think!

No. The lore already has our provinces limited to as it is now. It would require major lore changing, not to mention that a whole province just being a single biome is boring

Apart from the ignorance of what providence actually means; Fruma will be available in a future update. Please don't suggest things that are already happening. On top of that, an entirely desert-based province is just a terrible idea, and you should really try to see why.

On a nicer note, this suggestion needs a LOT of reworking. If you were to suggest an entire "providence", you'd need to name a shit ton of things. I can think of more, but here's some to start you off:

• Towns
• Territories
• Mobs + Stats
• Easter eggs
• Quests
• New mechanics (like uth runes, elevators etc)
• Bosses
• Dungeons (possibly)
• Palette of blocks to be used when building
• NPCs

 

I don't know, I'm a bigger fan of the Bloomi providence

 

I actually made a waisteland province idea and people liked it.

 

Since I was unable to actually find this thread, I'm going to assume it's actually about a wasteland, which is rather different from a desert. An entire province in a desert has no real room for creativity. It'd be sand, sand, and more sand. The most you could vary is an oasis or a river. A wasteland, on the other hand, could have plenty of interesting features.

Just from reading the lore; you've been able to create an interesting landscape with decent backstory and unique features. Doing that in a desert would be much more difficult.

 

If you were really here long enough to see gavel get added you should remember dern and it's location

 

A desert is a waistland though, is it not? Anyways, a desert that is kinda like almuj copy and pasted 5 times is bad, but a desert that varies and has unique areas is good for a province

 

Mostly when you say wasteland you mean a biome that suffered a disaster
