    Although I do have a question on the powders. Weapon and Armor powders build up a bar, which then lets you release the power. I feel like this should be no different. Instead of a passive, it builds up as you ride or attack, but idk what the activation would be.

    Also for thunder, attacked enemies get knocked aside. If they hit another enemy, that enemy takes damage and gets knocked aside too. And so on. Kind of mimics chain lightning in a way.

    When did I say that?
    I was just pointing out that there's more than one instance where someone rode into battle on a horse, so why choose that?

    Can you make it so dmg is affected by Base Tier Attack Speed (Bonus Tier Attack Speed from gear does not affect it). Otherwise weapons that are Faster are penalized while Slower weapons are given power. You should also add something to make it so builds that boost spell % aren't penalized either.
