Well, hello. This is my try to create a quest. Specifically, to bridge a certain level gap. Please read in night mode, okay? So, without further ado...

    Medical Disaster
    Lv. 11
    Difficulty: Hard

    Talk to Jonathan at [-694,53,-1967]
    If under level 11:
[1/1] Jonathan: I may need your help, but you look too weak. Maybe at level 11.
    If you are level 11:
[1/5] Jonathan: Who are you? Why are you in my house? Do you not respect others?
[2/5] Jonathan: No matter. I really need your help right now, desperately.
[3/5] Jonathan: You see, I was on vacation in... well, a safe part of the jungle. Well, there's a problem.
[4/5] Jonathan: I have a feeling that I was poisoned. I need an antidote, now! This is serious!

[5/5] Jonathan: I know who can help me here. My friend, Noitop, can brew an antidote. I'll write his location in your book. Please, help me!
    If spoken to again:
[1/1] Jonathan: Please, act quickly! I wrote the coordinates in your book.
    [Quest Book Updated]
    Talk to Noitop at [-813,73,-1591]
    If spoken to before Jonathan:
[1/1] Noitop: Hello. What brings you here? Potion Merchant's downstairs...
    If spoken to normally:
[1/4] Noitop: Hello. What brings you here?
[2/4] Notiop: Jonathan was poisoned? That isn't good news.
[3/4] Noitop: Tell you what. You're already here and look capable...
[4/4] Noitop: I need [5 Saccharum] for the base. I heard it has anti-poisonous properties, but never actually tried it... Can you go get it for me?

    If spoken to again:
[1/1] Noitop: If we're saving Jonathan, you need to get me [5 Saccharum].
    [Quest Book Updated]

    Bring Noitop [5 Sacharrum]
    When the Sacharrum is delivered:

[1/3] Noitop: Perfect. This here, that there...
[2/3] Noitop: Ah! Yes, it is working! However...
[3/3] Noitop: This isn't it. I still need [2 Brown Mushroom] to make this work.

    If spoken to again:
[1/1] Noitop: If you forgot, I need [2 Brown Mushroom].
    [Quest Book Updated]

    Bring Noitop [2 Brown Mushroom]
    When the Mushrooms are delivered:

[1/2] Noitop: Fantastic! Just add these, and...
[2/2] Noitop: Yes! Here's your antidote, now... wait, oh no...
[3/3] Noitop: Oh no. What made me say mushrooms! This is about to-

You faint from the explosion. You wake up in a strange place.
This place would be, essentially, behind the mountains of Ragni. You'd be in a small bit of the range, with a cave entrance nearby.

    [Quest Book Updated]
    Enter the strange cave.
You go in. The cave is suddenly blocked. Seems there's no way out through there.

Here, you will need to parkour through a few rock platforms, and then go forward even further.
You see a room with a strange mechanism. You're slightly concerned...
    [Quest Book Updated]
    Solve the cave puzzle.
The puzzle would be just simple enough. You see cobblestone, iron, and gold in item frames. They would have a sign over them that reads:
Press on the one who lasts shortest first, and move up by the tool longevity.
    The solution is obvious: Gold-Cobble-Iron
After you win. An explosion occurs and you can progress further.
    [Quest Book Updated]
Go even further down the cave
Here, some basic parkour, and eventually, at the bottom, you meet Noitop.
[1/3] Noitop: Haha, hello. Seems we had an accident.
[2/3] Noitop: The good news is that I managed to find things around to finish the antidote.
[3/3] Noitop: The bad news is, well, I can't seem to find a way out.
    [Quest Book Updated]
Find a way out of the cave.
Here, you have a few things you'd work with.
A hopper, covered by a black carpet, a sign, and a button In the middle of a 5x2 cobble wall.
    The sign reads:
Turn Ragni into a builder's name, and drop the item on black.
When the button is pressed, you'd see 5 buttons, each over a diffrent letter. You would need to press them to spell Grian. Afterwards, you would get a "Small Rock". Throw it on the black carpet to blast out of the cave.
    [Quest Book Updated]
    Go back to Noitop.
You would find yourself near the abandoned tower mini-dungeon with the tier IV reward chest. You would make your way back through Nivla over to Noitop.
[1/3] Noitop: Oh god, you're here!
[2/3] Noitop: You managed to get back. I'm so thankful.
[3/3] Noitop: Here, I still have the antidote. Bring it to Jonathan, if you can.
    [Quest Book Updated]
Bring the Antidote back to Jonathan
    When the antidote's brought back:
[1/4] Jonathan: Is that the... antidote?
[2/4] Jonathan: Thank you so much!
[3/4] Jonathan: Ahh... feels much better. Here, have some emeralds.
[4/4] Jonathan: Oh, and before I forget... here. It's a ring I found laying around the jungle. It seemed to help slightly with my health problems, so, why don't you take it now that I'm cured?

    Quest Complete!
    Medical Assistance
    + 925 XP
    + 16 Emeralds
    + Bandage

    Post-Quest Dialogue:
[1/1] Jonathan: Thank you so much! I hope my gift was useful.

Yes, but if you didn't notice, it's a quest that is literally at the same range as all the other fetch quests. Don't tell me Mushroom Man or Underwater aren't just fetch quests.

I do know this, and albeit it is sort of sad, i still tried, i suppose.

In case you want fresher proof, I'd say Thieving Rodents. Also, this isn't a very... how do I put this... complex quest, and there's multiple other fetch quests, so to speak.

First, on the top of the page you say that the quest is level 11, then it turns to be a level 7 quest... Fix it please.

Stage 1: I think that if he is poisoned he is more Desperate then this, he is too calm there, just saying, hey, I'm poisoned, can you help me?

Stage 2: There's no story behind the NPC and he just randomly asks for the plants, there's no reason why he wants them, and that cave was created for the Spider Cave quest, having the same cave and the same plants for +1 quest would be repetitive, create a new cave, one more reason why this cave has to be somewhere else: If the quest is level 7, Spider Cave is level 8 and the player can't enter that cave yet.

Stage 3: The same problem, he needs the mushrooms to make this work, what's this? What he wants to make?

Last Stage: He used something to stop a bleeding... Bleeding? Wasn't him poisoned? And how did he stop a bleeding with a necklace?

This is a fetch quest, and the thing about this and most fetch quests is that this one doesnt reveal or show any new mobs or locations, (Example being that grinding spot we learn about in Ultimate Weapon)
    so no.

A quest wher eyou make medicine, though, would be cool for higher levels (Like lv60 to 70 or so)

Perhaps you should rename the quest to something like "Medical Disaster" or something
Then as noitop brews the potion, stuff explodes, disaster happens, you do some shit and make the antidote yourself, then like yey
    idek

I must say the plot is nice, simple, and sounds like a good quest for level 11
however it needs thought in my option (what poisoned him? is there possible for tropical vaction in Wynn?)
dont get me wrong, I love this, but im not they will accept th idea.

    maybe it wasnt in wynn
i see it as a braclet rather than a ring
hmmm its a fetch quest as stated by other people
also the difficulty is decided by the game, not the quest creators, but it may have enough steps to be medium

This is too long for someone at level 11; level 11's are idiots, they don't know anything. (Really when you first play wynncraft you are like... WHATTTTT???)
And it's very fetchy & the puzzles are pretty hard for someone that knows nothing. When you first join, do you know who is the Head Builder? NO of course not.
    I would completely remake it...
But... the idea would be pretty good for a level 55 quest, and if you make it less fetchy it would be better.

The quest is fairly good, but you should, even must change the part where you have to type "Grian" as most of the players won't know who that is, that he works on this server or other stuff.
Other than that, good job. I like the idea of giving a low level ring

The grammar here is a little off. He provides the subject, but no predicate is given. I'd change this to be somewhat like the following:
[1/1] Jonathan: I may need your help, but you look a bit weak. Maybe at level 11, you could assist me with my troubles.
This item is a bit interesting. We see it used in a previous quest(forgot the name of it. It was a fetch quest tho). No change is needed, just thought I might point that out.
Once again, a bit of grammar issues near the end. This time, it's merely that the subject is improperly introduced. Noitop could also instead introduce the player by their role, rather than a simple "Hello there." They don't appear to be too enthused either. Here's my edit of this:
[1/1] Noitop: Hello, adventurer! What brings you here? The potion merchant is downstairs.
One last thing I would recommend in terms of the actual text is that, instead of calling it a ring, call it a bandage. The actual item name is given this name, so it would make some sense to call it this way. Here's my revision:
[4/5] Jonathan: Oh, and before I forget...
[5/5] Jonathan: Here. Have this bandage. I found it lying around in the jungle, and it appeared to help slightly with my infection. Now that I'm cured, how about you use it? It could be of some use on your adventure.
Note that I changed it from randomly being poisoned to being infected by something, most likely to be a plant or insect. I felt this made more sense than "I walked into the jungle and got poisoned from literally thin air."

As for the actual quest, a few things may help with making this a solid suggestion:
1: The Ragni/Grian Puzzle: As @Jbip said, new players might not know that Grian even builds for the server. The incorporation of an anagram is pretty cool though. I'd suggest changing it to something that a newer player would easily figure out, but doesn't reference outside material that most players wouldn't understand. (I.E: Possibly reference the corruption. Don't reference Skyrim or Overwatch somehow though, as the younger audience might not know what those games are, despite being wildly popular.)

2: The Ending: No syntax is given as to if he actually drank the antidote, besides saying "ah." We tend to see small messages like this in other quests, and I feel that could immerse the player into the quest or something. I'd recommend adding this in between Message 2 and 3 of the ending:
Jonathan violently slurps up the antidote, leaving nothing in the container.

Other than these few problems, I'd say this is a pretty good quest! The ring is pretty balanced, makes sense, and is somewhat viable in the early-game. The dialogue is lacking (as seen above), but with a few fixes for it, as well as a revision of the Ragni/Grian puzzle, it could be a really good quest! I'd give this a 7.8/10 (IGN references :lenny:), only because newer players might struggle a bit with the puzzle, as well as the slightly improper dialogue. With these fixes, I'd give it a 9/10.

tl;dr: fix dialogue a bit, revise grian/ragni puzzle. 80% support from me, extra 20% from fixing problems or rebutting my statements to persuade me to join your claim 100%.
