Rather Interesting Quest Idea For Lvl 100

You just write down the entire quest, all dialoague, character names, etc.

 

I know, but I'm just soooo bad at stuff like that... Like I would do it, if I was creative enough but... Sadly, I'm not. And thus I have no clue how someone like memewould would even begin to create something like this.

 

You could also do something with Siegfried since you haven't met him yet, right?

People have been saying that I should add more detail. I AGREE. It's coming, I'm working on it. I'll edit this post as soon as possible, with all the necessary detail. This isn't Runescape where in a quest you get to sit down with your mates, gods and enemies and drink nemract whiskey/or tea.

Also if you are sitting down with the people you've met, how is the quest going to go through. Is it dramatic, is it boring???

I honestly think it's a great idea. Well not with enemies I guess but the quest's purpose would be really nice. Enemies could be displayed or in prisons like hey you destroyed this boss so there's the remains or if you only defeated the boss they'd be in some sort of cell. If a quest would have had something close to what he said, I would definitely be checking it out.

My idea is that the corrupted heart is an impossible fight. And you are taken to deaths mansion. You guys can feed me ideas about what next

 

There's a reason there isn't a level 100 quest like this.
Salted.
Is.
Lazy.
Not to mention that 0 quests have a sense of closure to them, because once Salted gets off his ass, the level cap might increase. You never know.

 

Lol don't you dare say salted is sitting on his ass. Him, Grian, Jumla, and all of the content team and other admins work extremely hard to get new material out there. It isn't exactly easy.

I didn't have much time to continue this threat the last couple of weeks, with my exams coming up and sone family issues here and there, but I have been coming up with ideas whenever I do get time (that is, if I'm not playing LoL, cuz I'm addicted), but once I get some free time on my hands I'll try and update it. Ehhh imo the level gap should not increase, at least not until enough content gets added so lvl 90-100 isn't just 99% grinding. Maybe when enough quests n' stuff like corkus come, yes I could see the lvl gap increase, but not anywhere in the near future.

 

I know, it was entirely a joke, hell, if it wasn't for him, there wouldn't be Corkus, discoveries, Gavel, or Wynncraft for that matter.
Regardless though, it's possible the level cap will increase, in which case they have to change the level of the quest.

This lore is slightly off, also, please don't try to create lore based on the main antagonist of Wynn.

 

I just checked several lore threads. Most of which are stating that the decay (corruption in gavel) just "happened", by an unknown cause. I'm giving this explanation to the player because I feel like they are worthy of it. And I am not really creating lore as I am connecting two related things to each other, sure this does involve a little creativity on my side but I think it's fitting in this scenario. Also, is CoW the main antagonist you are thinking about? Because there is gotta be one, and CoW isn't really fitting here. If I add something that's a bit more united with its minions, and its strongest point of wynn, I feel like that more qualifies as the true ANTAGONIST. I mean honestly, something is creating these monsters, beasts, and more. I mean have you been inside the nether? There's a massive beast hundreds of blocks tall chained to the ground, something MASSIVE is making these creatures, and I think that the "Heart of Corruption" idea is pretty good, like the 'roots' (of corruption) to the heart, or tether to the Wynnic world. I know, a lot of people get triggered (cringe) when people make up lore, but I'm honestly making up a MINISCULE amount of it. And as a plus, it's actually impossible to make a good final quest, that has a moment of realisation in it, without making up lore. Bubbly OUT! *Drops mic.

Story time fuckers.
PART 2

Attempting to enter the cave without starting the quest will result in a message.
Your muscles tense, you violently spin away. You should probably ignore the cave for now.

The cave is several blocks wide, skulls and redstone (blood) are scattered on the ground, some lava drips from the ceiling.

Exploring deeper will trigger the message: You hear the sound of a hard drumbeat in the distance.

Eventually, the cave will have a drop, into a coal block teleporter.
You will fall a couple blocks onto the ground into a large room, very wide with relatively low ceilings.

The message plays: You realise the sound is in fact not a drum, but the heartbeat of a massive heart.

(1/1) ???: You cannot win this time, hero.

You freeze in place, as a spike (Like the obsidian spikes in the Roots of Corruption, but much smaller) emerges from the heart.
It goes straight towards you, impaling you, blood particles go all over your screen, as it turns black.
Your soul points drain from your hot bar. Faster and faster, until you have one left. Then, YOU DIE.

[Now Entering DEATHS MANSION]​

You spawn on the doorstep of an old rustic house, no one seems to be around.
Out of nowhere, an NPC spawns.
(1/) ???: Hello hero, I see you have fallen pray to the annoying fate of death, don't worry, I'll take your soul points and get you outta' here.
(2/) ???: Oh, you don't have any left?! Oh dear- that won't do, no not at all. I guess you'll be staying with me for a while.
(3/) ???: Ah, please don't mind my late introduction, I'm death, yes, the real one. Not that crazy necromancer holding a garden hoe In that weird tower everyone keeps dying in. (Credits to the guy who made that new death msg thread)
(4/) Death: Actually how did you end up here? I mean, I normally get the records but it seems you've died from something completely new.
(5/) Death: Oh dear, a heart of corruption? That would explain why there have been so many more deaths in the last 1000 years or so.
(6/) Death: Well, I guess we have talked long enough, just hand over your items and I'll send you off.
(7/) Death: What do you mean you don't want to give me your items?! "You worked so hard for them" that's what they all say. It's law, no soul points, no items.
(8/) Death: Ugh, haven't had someone like you in a while, if you really want to return to the real world with your items you've gotta do something for me.
(9/) Death: Just take these seeds, I'd love to plant it in my front yard but everything I touch dies.
(10/) Death: It's okay, you are already dead, couldn't make you even more dead to save my life, wait, I'm dead too.
(11/) Death: Now! Before other guests arrive, you know, you're not the only one who's dying.

Go out into his garden and throw the seeds into the hopper with a flower pot on top.
