4. You don't need to concentrate on your sprint bar.

If you've waited 3 seconds before starting the parkour at any % of your sprint bar and don't try and sprint through the entire thing like a maniac, you'll get the same result as sprinting through the entire thing and running out of sprint half-way through. Even if you sprinted non-stop it would only be a bit faster. So long as you're not constantly sprinting your sprint bar won't run down.
