As we already know, the Item Buyer buys various pieces of armor and also weapons. They also pay you different amounts of money, based on the rarity or type of your weapon/armor. However, new players such as me, have difficulty debating whether something is worth selling or not, and we should fix this problem by showing the selling price of an item before it is sold. Doing so solves the problem of regret of selling something that would have been potentially useful. A useful way to do this is by showing the cost/worth of an item after it is identified.

    Thanks for reading !

    I mean
if a weapon doesn't have any good stats
there's no point in waiting two years to sell it
when you could just immediately sell it to the buyer

and anyways if you get a semi-decent roll it's a profit

I think the price is random when you sell it (I've sold twice the same item, and one was worth 400 emeralds more than the other).

First off, the price isn't set.
Secondly, this wouldn't really help in most cases. If you're selling items, knowing the price won't stop you from selling it most of the time; even if it's not a profit, you'll just sell it to make up for some of the IDing price.
Third, even if people (for some reason) actually stopped selling their items as much, then we'd just have an influx of useless items which would clog inventory space even more.

Made a thread like this a year or so ago. Got mostly ignored, but I still support this being in the game.

<3 Great idea!!! But... (there always is one...) the point is the Item Buyer is a mean salesman who just says: "I'll give ya some money... Gimme the item", and BTW keep all items with +[Stat]*** [Boost] three stars/two stars after the stat. And keep all rares that seem good & legendaries that seem good.
