Buying Unbans

Hi, i personally loved to play wynncraft and it was literally my life xD. But i made the foolish mistake to hack and i got myself banned. Even though i have uninstalled all my hacks, i can still understand why you guys don't give another chance. This brings me to suggest bringing unbans to your store. This way players like me who have learned from there mistakes can spend money and get back into what they loved. I really hope you guys can see where i'm coming from on this.

I was thinking more like you could only get an unban once or twice, and they increase in price every time you get banned, it still gets the server money

Yeah multiple servers have tried this but it voids the EULA basically saying that donators can't have a advantage anymore. You can read more here.

If the server sold unbans for players everything will be ruined. Rich kids can basically hack all day and keep buying unbans, while the middle and lower classes could only afford that one single chance and maybe one unban and then never be able to play on the server again. Personally, I feel we should stick with our "Only one second chance" policy and only permanently ban players that broke the rules twice. Everyone deserves a second chance, and if they take that chance for granted, too bad so sad. As mentioned above, it violates the EULA(I'm actually pretty surprised you don't know what that is). Thus, selling unbans are meaningless as players can just solve all their problems and wrongdoings with money, which just breeds wrong thoughts and bad values, and they will learn no lesson.

 

Try making a ban appeal if you were banned once. This server generally does give second chances.
Unbans will make the community worse, as any banned player could get them. There would be a bunch of people who haven't learned not to break the rules returning to Wynncraft, and making the community worse than it already is in the process. We know that there would be some people who have learned from before, but it's just too big a risk.

 

First of all.
If this is your first ban you can still just ban appeal for free.
If it's your second... Well I'm sorry, It's your mistake to hack on the server twice altough the server was kind enough to give you a second god damn chance, You have absolutely no one else to blame but yourself.
If Wynn was really "Your life" you should've respected it's rules a little bit more maybe?

Even if they wanted to add this feature they can't, It's against EULA that is currently being enforced on Minecraft.
EULA is basically an agreement that applies on all Minecraft servers and it's mostly based around making sure none of the Minecraft servers are pay-to-win.
According to EULA you can't let a player buy something that gives him and him only an advantage.
So let's say Wynn decided to sell LE or Mythics for real life money in the store- That'd be against EULA.
Which is why instead they sell stuff such as double xp bombs which benefit all players, Or cosmetics that give no advantage at all.
Of course that giving the player an option to buy ban appeals would be completely against EULA.
If you're wondering what happens when a big server breaks EULA... It basically just gets blacklisted (No one would be able to play it).
