Master List Of Bugs And Op/up Features That Possibly Could Be Changed In The Bug Fixing Update

    With the word of a bug fixing update I wanted to accumulate a "wish list" of changes for the update.
    If you know of any other OP/UP Features or Bugs please tell me them
    Let us start with a simple discussion on class balance:

    Archer
    Ranged Class
    Takes x1.67 damage

    Arrow Shield
    Arrow Shield is a bit too strong
    -It is Good Damage, High Knockback, and Blind
    *I heard word of a damage nerf, not sure if that happened already or is coming soon

    Mage
    Healing/Support Class
    Takes x1.25 damage

    Heal
    Heal is the main problem with this class
    -The problem with it is that natural health regen is pretty bad and Heal is really strong at healing 70% of your current health each cast
    *I had the idea of "spreading out" the Grade III Heal, by having the initial cast and the 2 pulses after each heal 30% of your current health, so you would get healed for 30% of your current health 3 times over 2 seconds

    Assassin
    Stealth/Assault Class???
    Takes x1.00 damage

    Vanish
    Vanish is the only really spell that Assassin has that maybe too strong, even though it is said to have broken Grade II Buffs
    -If used correctly you can minimize the chance of enemies being able to attack you to almost 0
    *This leads to Raw Regen to easily heal you when you do get hit(I felt this was atleast note worthy) and Dodge being able to max out easily
    -You now do not unvanish from Multihit and Smoke Bomb doing damage
    *Back before Gavel you could not be vanished while Multihit/Smoke Bomb where doing damage(could make a return)

    Warrior I know that every class has it's own Exploits and OP strategies but most Warrior's seems to live off them
    Tank/Exploit Class
    Takes x0.80 damage

    Class/Skill Point Defense
    How Defense(skill point), War Scream, and Class Defense work together is they add up each others modifiers Meaning 200%-(120%(CD)+70%(SP)+10%(WS))=0% damage taken
    -thankfully elemental, poison, cactus, and raw damage are uneffected by defense(imagine that "knightmare")
    *I made a thread on fixing defense in a way that would not drastically change game play

    War Scream
    For some reason War Scream has a chance to trigger Life/Mana Steal
    -Although not as bad as before it still should not do this
    *Spells were changed so that Life/Mana Steal should not be triggered along time ago

    Other Broken/Could be Changed Features
    Slower Attack Speeds
    Currently there is a bug where Slower Attack Speed Weapons can not cast spells as quickly as faster attack speeds after you attacked
    -This is due to after you attack the cooldown for when you can next melee attack interferes with any spell using the melee attack spell
    *However you can still use your movement spell as it does not use that melee attack click in combination of it's spell

    Elemental Defense
    This is one of the most wanted to be changes features where it is deemed too effective against Faster Attack Weapons due to their low base damage
    -Most players want it to be effect by the weapons HPS as it is too effective at shutting down weapons with lower attack speed
    *I would prefer a compromise in the middle where the formula would be 2*ED/(HPS+1), using the original HPS(think of the +Attack Speed), I personally kind of like it's current mechanics(although not how OP it is), but if it is a bug that it would need to be removed

    Exploding
    As it stands now it has a 100% chance of triggering Life/Mana Steal for every mob you hit with the blast and will stack with other exploding mobs nuking what ever survivors are left
    -Not only that but it will deal the damage of the finishing blow causing heavy hitting attacks to deal even more damage that can stack with other explosions causing even more nuking of the survivors
    *Also it allows spells to trigger Life/Mana Steal

    Attack Speed
    I tried to warn them that when they first fixed Attack Speed to not buff spell damage, that they would only transfer the problem over to Melee, but they would not listen
    -Now people are walking up to Qira and shredding her in seconds(@JackyKit), This is easily the most OP ID in the game
    *My idea is not to neutralize it completely but to only have it give a slight increase/decrease in DPS, depending on the DPS ratio between attack speeds(Faster Attack Speeds have Higher DPS)

    Earth & Thunder Weapon Specials
    Quake, you love it, I love it
    -still due to how it is being used to deal massive damage, it may get a HPS Multiplier slapped on it
    *That will probably follow on to Chain Lightning too, if it does come to this then I would like the formula from my element defense idea to be put on it(AKA half the nerf)

    All Specials as a Whole
    Although I doubt any changes will be made there, due to the newness of it there is always a slim chance it may get changed
    -It may be in the form of rebalancing the buffs, or in the form of replacing effects/mechanics
    *Although I am doubtful it would change I would like both passive and active specials to buff all forms of damage slightly but their respective element more
    Natural Health Regen
    As it is now Natural Health Regen is practically non existent, due to how minuscule it is there is always hope that it will get buffed
    -Only Amulet of Rejuvenation makes it slightly worth while at low Health
    *I like that it heals for more at low health but just wish that it was more potent and did not round out so quickly, just so that even without and %regen ID's it will be a small jester of regen

    Mana Regen
    This is probably the longest shot on this list and it is @motoki1's Mana Regen Suggestion, but for some reason I could not find it...
    -Basically it would cause mana regen to be distributed evenly over each second so +10/4 mana regen would = 3 mana would be given each second
    * I and many others liked it and it is a nice idea with not much game impact, but still a useful feature

    Spell alternating has been a thing since literally the beginning of the game. It isn't a bug.

    Arrow storms needs to be re-done. It's weak, most arrows often miss the target and close range. Some users says they are using it for knocback, but personally, I find arrow shield better for that.

    Ok my mistake sorry, I just thought it was a bug,
    but still I would like some short cooldown on mana recovery after casting a spell and that is still probably only me
    and I removed any mention of it from the post, anything else wrong?

    I never have gotten to a high level archer so I guess I will take your word for it,
    but it was always worked like that, so I would like to get more opinions on it

    Are there any other outdated spells?
    Just remembered grade II vanish is said to be broken...
    And I call myself an assassin main...

    Good Point although there are some suggestions in this post, the main theme of it is it being a list of feedback on changes to current features that some players want to see happen
