Dungeons How To Fix Dungeon Bombs (so The Whole Ban Thing Doesnt Happen Again To So Many People)

Most of you know that a HUGE ban just happened a few days ago, And ALOT of people got in it and got falsely banned, So how do we try and make this not happen again? Well, This is (maybe) one way to try and prevent it, to "fix" dungeon bombs. So, 10 minutes of free entre, Huh? How 1 free entre and that's it! Now, I know that will take loooooooonger to put in, But its for a good reason, Right? (right?) Anyway, That's just my thoughts, Now, I'm not saying: REMOVE DUNGRON BOMBS CUZ THEY GOT ME BANNED! Because, Yes, I got in this mess and i'm "sadly" (still don't really know if I'm really banned for a good reason) banned, And I just thought that this may help people who may also get in this type of thing too, Because I don't want this to happen again, All the inno's in this will most likely get unbanned and truly get back to questing, like I said, I got in this whole mess, But I don't know if I'm in the right, I could be in the wrong the whole time, But that's just my idea on how to make this not happen again, I hope this DOESNT happen again, And that the people who are in the wrong get they had com'in to them, Remember, This is just a idea so this DOESNT HAPPEN AGAIN! I really hope this is over soon, Like, REALLY soon, Anyway, Thanks for reading.

 

Dungeon bombs aren't the problem at all
It's party XP sharing and people glitching the bosses to complete the dungeon many times in seconds
It's people abusing glitches to skip most if not all of the dungeon

 

Yeah dungeon bombs really have nothing to do with the bans.

 

so basically remove a bomb that has nothing to do with the bans because you got banned

You should have just made a ban appeal instead of this thread...

 

How about we fix the glitches? This thread is as redundant as reduce lag

 

I already smashed this idea to pieces in the shoutbox last night.

Solution: fix the glitch. Don't overcompensate by nerfing a cool new bomb.

 

Like stated here, the dungeon bombs has nothing to do with this issue.
The issue is an exploitable glitch that people did to finish a dungeon (kill the boss), several times almost instantanous without doing the dungeon more than once. The result was multiple levels of experience with little to no effort.

A solution to the actual issue would be to eliminate the glitch so it cannot be redone, or ultimately change how dungeons work to overcome glitches and bugs, like the one in this incident, in the future.

By the way, I believe the GM's are working their hardest to make a fix for this issue, if they haven't already.

The issue is duplicating bosses (I actually found out accidentally(Never used it on purpose dont ban me mods)) through glitches that weren't hard to find. People who found them, however, abused the living shit out of them, which broke the game for them.

Anyways it is a tricky one to solve, since its hard to know what actually triggers it, and I can tell you they are trying their best to fix it.

whats the problem with this? party xp sharing exists exactly for this...

 

Party xp sharing w/ double or triple xp:
Let's assume you get 10 xp normally, you would only get 8 but whole party gets 2
Now triple all those numbers
And have 20 people run it at once
You basically get a ton of bonus xp just because you exist
And you can just afk at the entrance and let others do the work for you
