Ya see, the problem with these pieces are that they not only are incredibly high sp-wise, but they also have incredibly difficult defenses to naturally work with. This in effect makes them just as bad as Galleon, which struggles with the same problem, making Gaea-Hewn Boots completely outclass it.

I think that before you try to create Mythic Armor, you should try to recreate each piece of Mythic Armor (aside from Discoverer) in order to understand common problems. After doing so, you will be able to properly design new pieces of armor.

    Problems with Mythic Armor:

Crusade Sabatons: Poor defensive quality in addition to high sp costs, making it worth a lot less than Gaea-Hewn Boots to use. Its cost as a mythic doesn't help either.

Boreal: This is probably the worst of them. It has Phoenixitis (it only specializes in the almost always useless ID called % health regen similar to Phoenix Wing and Phoenix Prince's Crown) in addition to having absolutely trashy fire defense. Overall any pair of boots is better. The alternative to using them regen-wise, Snail Boots, are much better. Its cost as a mythic doesn't help either.

Discoverer: This one is actually good when used for its purpose. The only problem I see is that you already have to be rich or lucky in order to get it, thus making it so it isn't worth as much as it would be to a player with a much lower pool of wealth.

Galleon: Pretty much the same as Crusade Sabatons. Another problem it has is that it requires a large amount of intel as opposed to strength, despite it being a melee oriented item. Additionally, it is outclassed damage-wise by Warchief.

Slayer: This one is actually pretty nice. It still has a problem, however. The ID it specializes is in is ws. The problem is that it is only tied in terms of ws to Shadestep, in addition to having too high of a Dexterity cost for it to be usable with the current highest walkspeed build.

Warchief: It's pretty nice, but I think it still has pretty big problems, more than Slayer and Discoverer anyway. It has -defs spread across the field, even in Earth, making it so you almost have to use Rainbow items in order to counter its -defenses, which is problematic considering its high sp cost. It also has -ws, which is frowned upon in the use of Melee builds. It doesn't help that the melee meta is oriented towards items that boost Tier Attack Speed.

The pecking order of Mythic Armor: Discoverer>Slayer>Warchief>Crusade Sabatons>Galleon>Boreal

To summarize: Mythic armor has problems with element defenses, how it is easily beaten out by Legendary options, and unreasonably high sp requirements. The orientation of the Melee Meta-game towards Tier Attack Speed does not help the case of many of the melee orientated Mythic armors as well. However, you should not build melee items with tier attack speed, because I imagine rebalances will make Heavy Melee profitable once more. Relatively high costs of mythics due to their rarities worsen the situation as well. You should work towards avoiding these problems (although cost and the melee meta should not be attempted for resolution).

I just read Vigilantes lore and... holyshit chill Ragni is a level 1 area, the revolution is probably lv 10's from detlas. Why did you think basing a level 96 mythic item is appropriate?!

The helmet, is terrible as just as bad as normal boots, (DEXTERITY IS SPELL, EARTH IS MELEE)

    leggings are overpowered as fuck

i do support this i just think they should be better/more balanced not overpowered as fuck, as you can use 4 mythics at once for armor, the reason why weaps are so good because its just 1 at a time

UNLESSS YOU HAVE 100 IN LIKE 3 DIFFERENT SP SLOTS

    you get it though

About Boreal, you should probably compensate it with 150ish max raw regen, making it more desirable.

You also need to make sure your items like Acres have reasonably counterable -defenses.

    That's not how it works.
You throw in a base number, and divide it by 1.3 to get a minimum and multiply by 1.3 to get a maximum. All you have to do is throw in the BASE number.

Well right now you are pretty solid, so we only have to do a few tweaks:

    For Acres:
    • The poison on Acres is practically meaningless to its original design - melee. Therefore, it only is pulling Acres down by subjecting it to more counter balances. It should probably be removed.
    • The HP on Acres is actually fairly high, maybe you ought to reduce it to 2500 instead of 3000, especially considering how the Sanctuarys have 0 HP and Earth Breaker has like 1500ish.
    • You might want to buff the raw melee on Acres to the same amount as Pisces.
    For Vigilante:
    • Ideally most mythics would be at higher levels, despite the existences of Az, Pure, Archangel, and Apoc (Apoc is really good for endgame tho). Level probably only further restricts the capabilities of mythic armor.
    • Overall the buffs are outweighed by the debuffs. I imagine you should buff its max thunder% to 26 in addition to providing it good mana steal and lifesteal to complement its exploding. (maybe like 260 ls and 4/4)
Its not divide by 1.3 its multiply by 0.3; he should also not just show the base number, because ranges are more representative of the items you see in game, because people are able to purchase godly items and are more likely to buy them over items with base ids. However, he should probably adjust his ranges to fit the scale.

Why does Acres which is supposed to have to help grow crops have poison..... shouldn't it have negative poison?
Also if 5000 is the base then the max poison is 6500....

Also, I don't get the Acres thing. Why does it have poison? It's supposed to grow crops; poison doesn't exactly do that.
