World Mythic Armor. (memes)

We need more Mythic armor that isn't trash, and we also need to buff currently existing mythic armor.
Helmets and leggings would also be nice.

Galleon: Remove -tier attack speed, 100 ❉Intelligence req.
Warchief: 100 ✤Strength min + remove all ✤✹❉❋✦Elemental Defense except for +150 ✤Earth Defense and -100 ❋Air Defense.
Discoverer: Nothing needed.
