Clear Mob Agro On /use

So, have you ever tried to place a totem, and then you die because there's a swarm of mobs around you? Well, me too, and it's annoying, so let's end this cheesy intro so I can tell you my idea.

Basically, just make it so when you do /use, all mob agro is taken off you for 5 seconds. This is just so that you can place your totem without getting shredded. If there is a totem near you when you do /use, it will not give you the agro clear. Also, if you don't place a totem, when you do /use the cooldown to clear agro again will have a 3 minute cooldown.

I get the idea, but still, it'll get abused

oh no 5 seconds they'll abuse it omg abuse and exploits they'll dupe with it some how never add this perfectly fine suggestion evil abuse abuse

 

If you're grinding in a group and you're dying, just /use and the mobs will go after everyone else

 

its kind of easy to die while typing /use especially because of how / is far away and i would rather just escape or something then type some stupid little command,

And if you say WELL PEOPLE CAN MACRO /USE well that's a different problem and it has nothing to do with this, Sure people can type fast but whats the point? its only 5 seconds and i really don't see how abusing a command to not take like 2 hits when you could escape much quicker via charge or escape or whatever, k now i'm just repeating myself you get the point

Edit - its especially easier to die typing /use if you are typing it BECAUSE you're on the verge of death, Its just for people who want to place a totem without needing to chug 2 potions afterwards

I already said, it doesn't work if there's a totem up, and there's a cooldown. Ill increase it.

 

This will break the EULA because donators get an advantage that nondonor doesn't have.

 

Ummmm non donors can get into the /use gui lol

 

Lol... Everyone will be affected by the agro clear when using /use.

 

As for the matter of abusing the feature.. you can't really do anything in /use, can you?

 

just like opening a lootchest takes the agro off
