Buf Az

Az is a bow that I LOVE.
And I just hate to see it get nerfed a lot.
ALOT of players UNDERESTIMATE this bow
So I would request even a tiny change to the bow that can give it more "attention" from the other players
I was wondering maybe more dexterity buff?

It's already ridiculously overpowered for its level. The reason people ignore it is that it isn't endgame.

 

how about we change the base dex from 4 to 5

In fact, I'd say posting a suggestion for a change to Az is more useful than posting a quote of a rule with no further context!

I myself have always thought we should instead have an endgame thunder archer mythic, like how every other class has an endgame mythic of the same element as the midgame weapon they have.
Apocalypse -> Guardian
Archangel -> Weathered
Pure -> Warp, or Ethereal tbh
Az -> ???

He may as well suggest the addition of a thunder endgame mythic, which this thread does. I also disagree with the enire idea of Az needing a buff, so does Selvut, apparently.

Warp is definitely not a replacement for pure.

Just because you, or even everyone, disagree with a suggestion doesn't make it useless.
Warp is kind of a unique mythic admittedly. But let's be honest you could replace Pure with an andesite stick.

I disagree with this statement.

The entire purpose of a suggestion is to suggest something that a player things should be added into the game. If literally everybody who plays the game says no, the suggestion is useless.

Lets analyze this:

1. Go into detail. (it is important to explain your idea and why it is good for Wynn, suggestions that lack detail will be ignored and not gain a good reputation even if it has potential to being fantastic)
2. Is it possible? (ask yourself if what you are suggesting is actually possible in Wynncraft and can be done)
3. Does it fit? (does your idea actually fit in Wynncraft? If you want guns added then most likely not)
4. Has it been suggested before? (there are some things that have been suggested time and time again, it is better to look through suggestions first before making one just in-case someone already asked for it)
5. Feedback or suggestion? (if you want something that is in the game that is changed or you don't like something then you should use the Feedback Section)
6. Don't tag staff/CT (if your suggestion is good we will notice, no need to tag us at any time)

We're usually somewhat lenient on these rules, these are more aimed at preventing spam and jokes than forcing every suggestion to be an essay.
Anyway, this thread isn't about discussing what qualifies as useless, and I'd like to ask that we drop it here.
And ya got me on the feedback section thing, I'll move it.

 

If you compare Pure with a Pure Diorite Stick, you get:
Pure(400%): 1128 -3384
Stick(0): 2098-2549

assuming that you put earth VI's on the regular stick.

 

Wait wait wait.... just lemme get this straight... you tell us that a lot of us already underestimate Az (meaning its a lot stronger than we think it is) and as a conclusion you want to buff it? :| dont chu think that that kinda doesnt make sense?
If we underestimate its strength then thats good for you right? :D :D :D you can be sure that there wont be any nerfs and you can use the bow that you love.
That being said.. Az already is good af for its level range .-. Yeah you might not be able to deal the dmg that other mythic bows deal however thats simply cus Az is lower level ._.
Also... why would you want Az to recieve attention from other players? ._. If i was you i wouldnt give a shit if other players want it. The only 2 reasons i can come up with is that by "other players" you mean yourself x) orrrrrr that you want to sell one :p

all these other thunder mythic bow suggestion just put other thunder weapon stats.
it just doesn't give it the unique "mythic" feel

Oh, and what about Az gives that "unique mythic feel", aside from the overpowered DpS?


Also, your argument for wanting it buffed is that Az is underestimated, not that it's underpowered. That's a pretty bad reason for buffing an item.

Yes, Az is extremely OP for it's level. but Archer having a non-extra mythic that's not considered one of the supreme examples of the Thunder bow archetype just feels wrong, Warrior has a mythic that is meant to be one of the supreme examples of a Fire spear archetype (Guardian), with the "extra" mythic (Apocalypse) also being viable for this archetype.

Changing it's level to be a bit higher than it's current level would would make it a bit more of a candidate for a buff, as I said, filling in the Thunder bow archetype by making another non-extra mythic would break the balance with Archer having 1 more mythic than the other 3 classes, with those said classes demanding they also get another mythic so that all classes have an equal amount.
