Quest Realm Of Light Quest Dialogue - Incorrect Time Given??

Sooo... Just gonna get this out here, I'm a lore fanatic and this has been bugging the hell out of me... In the quest the realm of light, while talking to Heliorion, the quest dialogue goes like this.

Heliorion: You... you’ve done it? I don’t believe it! To be honest, I was sure I had sent you to your death.
Heliorion: We might be able to finally get to Orphion.
Heliorion: Orphion is the physical representation of our realm.
Heliorion: He is Light. The Light Beast. Or, he used to be. He has.. Well..
Heliorion: He’s been infected. Something broke into our realm decades ago, and it’s leeched into Orphion.
Heliorion: Gaclux is currently watching over the rune where we sealed Orphion for his.. and our safety. This will only be over when the “Parasite” is removed from him. If you want to face him, Gaclux will let you in

It says "something broke into our realm decades ago", with decades being the key word... What I'm wondering, for any GMs out there, should this actually be decades or should it be centuries? On one of the threads I made discussing the origin of the decay, we noticed this... The corruption of the realm of light, correlated with Orphion's condition, is supposedly linked to Gavel, which causes the decay, the worm, yada yada yada... Someone told me that the beginning of the decay and the discovery of the Nether Portal was originally 100 years ago, but was changed to 1000 years and this quest was never changed.

So, simple question. Should this actually say decades (signifying 10-100 years) or should it be centuries (100+ years)

 

Well I mean I said that it is possible that it was never changed, but ye.

 

Still worth checking. Maybe a GM will actually notice it here and be able to confirm it since tagging @Selvut283 and @Tantibus didn't seem to see or care about the last thread.

 

Either a plot hole OR time flows slower in the light realm.

No evidence, but it COULD be a viable theory. Guess we'll never knowwwww. Unless some GM or maybe Grian or some other god, maybe Entia, idk, comes and rights this.

Proof?

 

We know that
The Decay started a thousand years ago
And that orphion got infested decades ago
Basic stuff

 

Lol, and myself and some others feel that Orphion may have been corrupted centuries ago, and this quest dialogue is just inaccurate. That is why this is here. We want to be sure so that we can properly piece everything together, such as the origin of the decay.

 

And Im giving an explanation based on IG lore

Also everyone else it never implied that Orphions corruption was related directly to the decay

 

The decay began when the realms war did, supposedly. Or something similar to that, according to Aldorei's Secret 2. I would just like to know how the realms war connects to the worm creature we see in taproot, what the creature is, and where it came from.

But keep in mind Gavel and the realm of light are connected in ways we don't understand. If Orphion, the physical representation of the realm of light is corrupted, how does it affect Gavel?
