World Display Passive Buffs

I feel like it would help a bit to display the passive buff you're currently receiving somewhere near your health bar and all, or maybe somewhere else on the screen. It would help get a better understanding of the passive, and also lets you know when its on and how much you're getting. It could also display the time left on the buff. For example: Kill streak

36% KS (5 Sec)

Something of that nature. I don't know a perfect way for it to be laid out, I'll leave that to you guys.

I believe it's the thunder powder ability or something, get a good kill streak and you gain bonus stats or something

 

Ah, okay. In that case, it would be the stats that are shown, not just "KS"
