Step 1.2: Grind for hours
Step 1.3: Open 9999999 loot chests
Step 2: Never get Spring
Step 3: Try to buy spring
Step 3.1: Realize you have no money
Step 4: Try not to cry
Step 5: Cry a lot

ah yes, back when +tiering a manablast gave you like 60k meteors. Those were the good old days.

 

Imagine if the +tier attack speed still worked like that
Leggings of Haste or Liektriech Makani would make this a NUKE

 

I know right?! Except now we have the 2/4 mana regen necklace from legendary island which will be perfect for a spring build
